My mom was a professional baker and it was one of the best carrot cakes I have ever had. The cake was delicate. The frosting was not too sweet and the cream cheese was not overpowering. I recently asked for the Big Daddy Sauce instead of mayonnaise... Well, I say that I was totally impressed with the flavor of the house sauce that was created .. it was a bit of spice with creaminess.... my ONLY regret is I didn't ask for a container of the sauce to dip my sandwich in...
