I order from Italian Touch usually at least once a week. They have great specials, speedy delivery and even late night delivery. It's not gourmet, but but well worth their wonderful prices. We met friends here for lunch on Sunday. We called to check hours since we found conflicting times on several websites. We were told 11:30 for eating in and 12:00 for carry out. We met at 11:30 and were the only ones there for the first 45 minutes. It was quiet; of course, service was great, the food was hot and delicious. Our choices included the special of 10 fat boys with 2 toppings and drink, Philly cheese steak and baked ziti. We would highly recommend this place for a good meal at a decent price. The place could use a facelift on the exterior to make it more inviting but no complaints on the food! read more

Tried Italian Touch after reading a nice review, and having the munchies. Had a large white pizza plus pepperoni. Service was fine. Pizza garlic sauce and cheese was generally tasteless, though veggies such as there were and feta were good. Based on this one pizza, would rank them behind NIK and Roma's. read more

We went with a group of 8 after graduation, and the food and service was good. Our table ordered anything from wings to fat boys to cheese steaks. They have great lunch specials. I ordered a fat boy with broccoli and garlic which tasted like a calzone with thinner dough (see pics). The sauce was good, but it was really runny. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. read more

They leave a lot to be desired. The Italian salad is lettuce, red onion, tomato, cheese and the only meat is bacon. No salami, pepperoni or ham. Pretty pitiful. The minestrone soup is less than average and is really closer to a vegetable. The steak and cheese calzone is good but far from great. With all the competition in town I would have a hard time going back there. Not authentic Italian, not even close. read more

I have to say this place was a pleasant surprise. I wanted to take my mom out for lunch and it was a random pick as we just happened to be at the walking mall. Our first impression was good, really clean and spacious. The server was extremely knowledgable about the menu and the wine selection. The food was excellent and the portions extremely generous. All the sauces are made fresh daily, and the two dishes had very distinct flavors even though they were both tomato based. I really like restaurants that are unpretentious but deliver top quality food and service, and that describes Italian Touch to a tee. Highly recommended! read more

In town for business. Ordered veal parmesan for delivery to my hotel. They were on time and the veal was delicious. Homemade Italian salad dressing was equally good and the person that took my order was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant. read more

We have never experienced such rude service and management before. Ordered two drinks that were made with flat soda -- at least three people agreed. Management refused to acknowledge or apologize or even attempt to fix the situation. In fact, they argued with us, and refused to remake the drinks! We paid nearly 30 dollars for something we couldn't drink because it tasted terrible. I have never been so embarrassed and insulted in my life! The server even had the audacity to confront us regarding her lack of tip. A tip is a reward for good service, and we hardly received good service. Save your money. And your dignity. read more

Extremely disappointed in this establishment and it's customer service! We put in an order for a few subs and were told that it would arrive in 45 mins. We figured no big deal, it was a decent sized order. OVER AN HOUR AND HALF LATER.... We call and ask where our food is, the woman that answered the phone said that we needed to understand that they were busy and they would be there sometime soon. We ordered at 10:41am to insure there was enough time for the food to be made and delivered only to finally receive the food 12:46pm completely cold, fries undercooked, orders messed up and discusting! We most certainly will not be ordering from there again and I advise anyone else who's thinking to find somewhere else to go. read more

This was my first time attempting to use this restaurant, and had the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience ever! I absolutely would NEVER suggest that someone use them for delivery. I spoke with an employee who did not take down my information correctly, and an outrageous manager who had absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Awful people with AWFUL service! Essentially waited 3 hours to get BLAMED for their inability to get my information correct. read more

Two broke bois, 20 bucks, 1 good affordable pizza. We were going to call dominos but the waiting was too expensive, we were going to call Papa johns but the wait was 75 minuits long. Order from here at lunch regularly but each time there is an issue with the order. Love the food but Today was the ladt straw, the sweet tea was made with salt versus sugar??? Last time debt card charged twice. When I brought it to their attention they said they had no way of looking back at the charges that I would have to bring in my bank statement and then they woukd give me cash but couldn't reverse the charge?? I have always liked the Italian Touch and still feel they serve good food. I went in yesterday and was met by a waitress with gauge earrings, face piercings and lots of tattoos. That is fine if the gal wants to modify her body this way and fine if the restaurant wants to employ folks that modify themselves in that way, but it really isn't my thing and I'll be heading somewhere else that has a more traditional crowd; that should be fine with everyone also. Just a heads up if others might feel the same way, or others that might be drawn to that type of place. read more

We ordered the lasagna dinners last night to be delivered; we waited an hour for delivery(which we were told an hour wait when we ordered). Driver arrives without bread and salad that came with meal. Called manager, he apologized and said will be out with next driver. We put lasagna in warmer oven to keep warm. Half hour later part two arrives(manager sends 10 dollar gift certificate to make right). What a disappointment, lasagna tasted sour, bread was dry and a mouse size portion, salad was ok. Never, ever order from this restaurant for delivery. They told me 45 minutes and it was an hour and fifteen minutes. The food was cold besides for my Caesar salad which was warm and mushy. The driver forgot my drink and clearly did not want to bring it back. He was borderline rude and definitely indifferent. The past two or three times have been this way and why I decided to give them another chance is beyond my reasoning. It will definitely not happen again.
