Worst delivery service ever! The food was delivered cold and the delivery driver scolded me because he had two other orders in his car and other people were waiting for their food. Keep in mind as soon as he pulled in the driveway I put on shoes and walked downstairs so he didn't have to come up. I was rudely greeted with "Just sign this, other people are hungry too." Is this real life? Do you all actually condone this behavior? The girl who answered the phone when I called about the situation was nice and quickly offered a credit in attempt to rectify the act, but my decision has already been made, I will never order from this Anthony's again. Customer service skills are everything, maybe someone can teach him some before you lose more customers. read more

We were in Winchester buying a car. I became very hangry and stopped at Anthony's. When I ordered I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. They brought our food out and the staff were very prompt and brought me out what I meant to order. Everyone was AMAZING!! They did everything they could do to make us happy. I want to repeat it was totally my fault. I wish customer service was like this at more establishments. Anthony's Pizza is our go-to choice for dinner when we stay overnight in Winchester during our twice-a-year migrations between south and north. It represents a great value and balances pricing, quality and wide selection such that anyone ought to be able to find something they like at a price that won't bust their budget. I love this location. The lady who takes my order knows my by name and knows my order. They are very personable and always over estimate the delivery time so you get it sooner than expected. The bread they give with salads is so much better than the other locations because it's not just a sub roll- real breadsticks (and they are delicious)!
