The best part about my experience here was the great receptionist. As a first-time client, I waited in the waiting room 20 minutes then another 20 minutes when I got to the chair. Neither of the hygienists said much, or greeted me. I speak Spanish and could hear the doctor next door chit chatting with a patient in Spanish. I brought in current X-rays and with a camera scope only they diagnosed me with a broken crown and two cavities. When I went back to my old dentist immediately after she said absolutely no cavities and the crown was a hairline fracture. I would have paid a lot of money to fix nothing. Also, the cleaning was a mess, water all over my face and they nicked the side of my mouth. To top it all off, they don't even give you take-home items (toothbrush, paste, floss, etc.) I also requested my records via email afterward and got no response. read more

I have had the worst ever luck with dentists! over the last 10 years, I've lost 3 teeth plus my wisdoms, total of 7 teeth!! i had 6 root canal treatments, and currently have 4 crowns in my mouth. Dr. Casabianca fixed the errors that other dentists did in my mouth... he made my smile whole again! He has the highest technology that I've seen yet! His office is beautiful! He does the cleaning himself it's not done by a hygienist, so you get perfect care and attention. I have tried many dentists over the years and hadn't found one in this area that I felt I could completely trust...until now. Dr. Casabianca sees one patient at a time so it is a very different experience than the typical dental office where you see the doctor for 5 minutes before he rushes to look at someone else. He takes pride in doing things properly and trains other dentists at his ITC seminars. I was very happy when he decided to fill 2 cavities without using any anesthesia. I always hate it when I am numb for hours and hours. He knew that he could fill my cavities without pain because of the size and placement of the cavities. It was the best feeling being able to walk out of a dental office after having work done and feel perfectly normal to go back to my regular life and eat lunch. I highly recommend Dr. Casabianca and I am a hard sell when it comes to dentists. I feel like dentists are a lot like auto mechanics....the good ones are like gold. read more

Great office - really high tech but also friendly. The only drawback was that they seemed to be training a new assistant and she gave very little direction. Since it was our first time there (both my husband and I went) we had to guess at what we were supposed to do, where we should go or even where I could set my purse down. I get new people need training but going through the high tech processes with no communication was a little off-putting. read more

I usually don't rate businesses but was very upset with the way they handled my daughter. She made an appointment for a consultation to decide if implants were for her. She was told the consult was free. She was taken in to the back and during the meeting they said they needed to do X-rays to determine her needs. At no time was she told there was a charge for the X-rays. She was told over the phone the consultation was free. When leaving they then asked her to pay $258 for the X-rays. Prior to this consultation her had been to another dental group who also took X-rays at no charge. She had no reason to believe she would be charged since nothing was said prior. They needed to tell her that before doing the X-rays. Very poor communication! H My daughter is 18 and functional autistic and was scarred when they threaten her and agreed to pay. Her aunt was with her and said just pay and dispute the charge. They needed to leave because this was very upsetting for her. She contacted her credit card company and filed a dispute. The women at the business told they credit card company they charged her because she didn't bring in the coupon! Nothing was said when she scheduled about a coupon or was she asked for one when she paid. If there was a coupon online she wold have pulled it up on her phone when paying. They lied to the credit card company. Also after paying for her X-rays they never gave them to her! read more

I am rating this dentist 5/5 without hesitation. Finding a good, honest dentist is like finding an honest mechanic, and I am so glad to have finally found one!!! He saved me from 1 unnecessary crown (life long expense) and 1 unnecessary root canal (thank god!). The office staff is very friendly, the equipment is high tech, the office is super clean, the dentist is very talented and a perfectionist. He went out of his way to make sure my teeth looked top notch, I didn't worry for a second. He even whitened my teeth for free because he wanted my other crown to match perfectly, how amazing is that?! and unexpected! Such a nice thoughtful gesture and great customer service. It has been a long time since I've been treated so well without ulterior motives. He could have talked me into thousands of dollars of dental work, but he saved me money instead. I am very thankful to have met him before I went through with that root canal and extra crown. I will be going back without a doubt. I love my new front tooth, it's a beautiful crown and my long time inflamed gum line is finally healed thanks to him. read more

Excellent Office! All state of the art equipment, high end line. Office was as clean as an operating room. Dr. Ivan Casabianca was very knowledgeable and has experience from all over the globe. He takes his time with every patient and is very personable. You won't get a false diagnosis just so they can make money. I came to him to replace an old broken veneer from another dentist office, and the temporary Dr. Ivan made for me looks better then my original veneer. I can't imagine what the permanent one will look like. I was so happy with him that I took my daughter there for a second opinion. Rather then spending $6000 for a crown, he said my daughter only needed a filling. He was able to save my daughter's tooth. Because of their high tech equipment, he is able to see even the finest details and diagnose correctly. My only regret is that I wish I found him sooner. read more
