He sent him a message and asked him to come in immediately to give him a free quote. When we arrived we were greeted by Frank. He was very nice and welcoming. He explained what needed to be done and gave me an excellent price! Honestly, I thought I was going to have to spend a lot more money and was totally shocked when he told me the total. He promised to have my laptop ready by the next day. He called me early the next day and I picked it up. Not only did he give me an excellent price, he also offered to install Excel for free. After a intensive research within 30 miles of my residents I came up with 2 final shops. ITC Tech. Solution had the best reviews. I took my 2013 MacBook Air in for up grade and update for the latest OS. Within the same day Frank the owner and his employee were able to find me a SSD to replace my defected ssd and the incompatible new ssd I brought in from Amazon and they also updated my computer to the latest 2021 OS and with other app. All for a very reasonable price even with extra time they put into it; same as the original they quoted me. So I was looking to have my MacBook fixed because the screen wasn't turning on. I went to a couple shops, including best buy geek squad. So contacted Frank at ITC directely having seen his reviews here on yelp.... Our printer would not print, and I asked if he did in home services... he responded quickly and told me he did, quoted me a service call (flat rate) price, and was told there would be no charge if the issue was not resolved. Set up a time, and he was here to do the work as arranged. He is so very friendly and got right to work... he was having some issues, but he was wonderful in listing to my wife and I as we explained what steps we took to fix the printer... he was able to determine his actions, and had the printer working in about 20 minutes... on top of that, he went above and beyond by setting up our printer to work on the wireless set-up (we were running it through a wired one)... this he just did for us as part of his visit. I was sooo close to buying a new MacBook since my 2009 MacBook Pro took a dump on me... I really only use the computer at this point for web browsing, iTunes, and a few other simple applications but hate not having a computer when I need one. I called this place because it was local and Frank said just bring it by and he will provide a free diagnosis on it. A few hours later he called me back saying the computer is just fine, just needs a new hard drive.
