My MacBook battery had charging issue. I was despairing at getting my iMac to work properly. I brought it in and Frank quickly diagnosed the problem. Since my computer was still covered under AppleCare, he suggested I try to have Apple replace the part, and refused to take any money for the diagnostic. When service through AppleCare looked to take 2+ weeks, I brought it back, and Frank had it repaired and working better than ever by the next morning. I recently used ITC to help retrieve files from a broken USB drive. Out of nowhere my usb stopped working. Though it wasn't an easy fix, ITC was able to retrieve all my files!!! They were very kind at every interaction we had and great with communication. They updated me via text and phone calls with any important info. I am so grateful for their hard work. He came into my home, identified the problem and save me a couple thousand flors from buying a new Mac desktop by taking my computer back to the shop and working many hours backing up and keeping my needed documents. He installed a terabyte hard drive which will last me another ten years. He brought my computer back at 7 am so that I could be back online teaching by 8. I have many electronics that I've accumulated over the years from me and my boyfriend. When he passed away it was obviously devastating but then he had all his passwords that I was never able to locate. I have a older sharp 55' TV that was handed down to me from my late grandfather. It was the last thing my grandfather had purchased long story short it means a lot to me. One afternoon the sound just went out. I sent a request on Yelp for a good repair shop. Frank's repair shop was the first to respond they told me to bring it by I was skeptical that it could be fixed. After dropping it off on Thursday Frank called me on Friday and told me he was looking for the part. He Would let me know by Monday if they had it. To my complete surprise I received a phone call Saturday afternoon that they had fixed it without the part. I asked how much I owed and Frank told me since I was a local and good neighbor and there was no parts needed he was doing it for free. I almost cried!! They don't make honest people like this no more. I'm going to use his service in the future and refer him to anyone that needs repairs. He is a honest man helping people he does great work as well. I spent two days trying to update and fix my mouse that is built into my laptop. It would start working and stop again, I was getting frustrated. (I have school work due by Sunday and I need a laptop). I took my laptop to Frank as a walk-in, I was greeted by Frank who is friendly and knowledgeable at ITC Technology Solutions in Ontario. Frank gave me a price to fix my laptop in 2 minutes and told me exactly what he was going to do to my laptop. Frank replaced the hard drive and updated my laptop to Windows 10. He sent him a message and asked him to come in immediately to give him a free quote. When we arrived we were greeted by Frank. He was very nice and welcoming. He explained what needed to be done and gave me an excellent price! Honestly, I thought I was going to have to spend a lot more money and was totally shocked when he told me the total. He promised to have my laptop ready by the next day. He called me early the next day and I picked it up. Not only did he give me an excellent price, he also offered to install Excel for free.
