My second time using this business. They're incredibly honest here, reasonably priced compared to nearby competitors and quick!

Fixed the charging port on my iPad Pro 6th gen…read more The 6th gen iPad Pro has a flimsy but expensive screen that needs to be removed to replace the port. So many repair shops either didn't want to bother or quoted a ridiculous, "eff-off" price just to send a message that they didn't want to work on them. He did not. Very knowledgeable and friendly "nerd" owner with a great, customer-oriented attitude. And he underpriced the competition by almost half! (My suspicion is that the others break a lot of screens doing this repair, so they build in the cost of making a mistake into their price; whereas he is careful enough and uses methods to not break the screen so as to not need to build the cost of his mistakes into the price.) FWIW, I have high standards, sometimes think I know too much, and can ask too many questions. Mike indulged me on all questions regarding a simple iPad repair and then some. (Other repair shops didn't want to talk about their methods or ideas). Cleaned my iPhone port for free, too! Very good communication of the risks and options for the iPad repair. I recommend them very highly to my friends, and now to you.

The guys at Free CheckFix took my problem in stride and found a way to get my printer to communicate with my computer. When returning home with my working system I was trying to shut the truck door while holding the brother laser and promptly dropped the printer on the driveway and trashed it. Mark and David found a new Brother Laser and a new CPU that could run windows 11 and together they were cheaper than what I paid for the old laser printer. The prices were low, service high and attitude was positive ............... I'm very lucky I discovered them

I was in the building for no more…read morethan 3 minutes altogether and a minute of that was spent waiting for someone to come to the front. First off, even after looking at the phone and telling me that's Samsung, I would not warranty. The phone because of the so-called devastating damage to the phone. There was no a the remedy offered as far to look at the phone and tell me what's wrong with it. And how much it would cost? To get it fixed. There was no other options offered to me. It seemed as if the guy was more worried to get me out of the store so he could get back to doing whatever he was doing in the back. Pretty lame customer service, if you ask me. Whenever the guy finally came up front i explained to him that I was sent here by Samsung to have them. Look at my glitching phone front screen am I two months old, samsung Z Fold 6. He asked me to take my phone, protect her. Off the phone so he can inspect the phone. The guy literally looks at my phone and within 30 seconds. He says, oh man, your phone is severely damaged. Which clearly is simply cosmetic on this shaft of the phone. He made it as if the phone was completely destroyed and it can no longer be under warranty. But when you look at the pictures, you can clearly see that is cosmetic scratches on the phone. No damage to the front screen, no damage to the main screen and no major dents in the phone. It seemed as if the guy wanted me to hurry up and exit the building as if I was interrupting whatever he was doing, that was causing him not to be at the front desk. When I first arrived into the building. Needless to say, this is not over. I'm gonna take this to Samsung. And they're gonna look at the situation and get this taken care of but I would not send anyone to this business.. And on top of that, when I was leaving, I guess he calls himself being i'm sarcastic by telling me to have a great remaining the rest of my day. I kept my cool and my composure, and I just left without saying anything, .
