I had a great experience with ITECH. I tried to scrub some sap off my car door and totally messed up the paint. I pulled up to ITECH and they evaluated it. They said worst case scenario is a full repaint of both doors so they match, which is what I had heard from another shop, but they decided to first try polishing it. They did it right on the spot, and it worked! It saved me significant time and money. I so appreciate their willingness to try something more affordable first - that doesn't happen often these days. My new '24 Chevy Traverse was sideswiped a couple of months ago in a parking lot. I was concerned that a body shop wouldn't fix it 100% given my previous experiences where they always leave the "orange peel" effect and it becomes obvious to those of us with a keen eye for these details. After reading reviews, I decided to give iTech a shot and I was left completely satisfied. First of all, Eddie is a cool and honest guy running a tight ship. From the moment I walked in, he was talking to me like we were old friends from back in the day just catching up, which is always welcome cuz it makes me feel appreciated instead of just another transaction. He gave me a quote on the spot and I decided to book him. My car was done within the week and he and his crew left it looking like new, paint was prepped properly and I was stoked to see that there was no orange peel effect! When I went to pick up the car, his paint guy was finishing cleaning it up. I'm sure most shops would've just cut the work short at that moment just to get me out of the way but his paint guy insisted on finishing up properly before handing it over. And of course, that hard work shows! It was the best my Traverse had ever looked, even when I drove it off the dealership! I don't wanna ramble too long, but if you need body work and want your car to look like it was never damaged, definitely come to iTech and talk to Eddie. Came in for an estimate on a front under bumper shield that was sagging a bit and scrapping when going over speed bumps and dips. I just needed the shield put back in place so it was at least flush with the bumper. I have a body shop in Hollywood I have been going to for years for small cosmetic repairs on my BMW. I figured I'd give this new place a shot since they are literally a few blocks away. My usual place gave me a quote of just under $2,000 for the bumper repair as they advised it needed to be replaced. When I took it in and talked to Eddie and Ben, they advised the bumper didn't need to be replaced and they could make it look like new. They gave me a quote for about 50% less than the other shop quoted, and then gave me another ~ 10% off as a new customer. I just picked up my car this morning and the bumper looks brand new...plus they detailed the car and got sap stains and other marks that other car washes advised they couldn't get out.
