P &C stood out as a head-and-shoulder above the rest. They not only did the sizable repair most professionally, but also gave the most reasonable pricing compared to the other 5-star shops. We paid out-of-pocket. For example, compared to the other shops, they were the only one who actually popped open the trunk, looked into damages, and gave the part numbers promptly for repair. And the repair work was completed a day ahead of time. The car looks like new! Both Pete & Karee are awesome, and works to save money for the customers. They also sincerely suggested necessary tweaks and maintenance for the benefit of the driver and car. They will be my go-to auto repair and maintenance shop for the forseeable future.

Roger and Jason are a father-son team that run the business, and both were incredibly helpful with all the steps of this process. I had a good feeling initially because when I asked Roger about how they would do the repair, he told me, "We moved out of Disneyland because we don't Mickey Mouse things!" I felt that was a good sign that they took a lot of pride in their work, and wouldn't do a shoddy job. Our Red 2010 Prius looks new after like five accidents. For The Barcelona Red Prius paint, Toyota used a triple-coat paint. Looks shiny and glossy when new. Crown matches that paint exactly. We love that! Can never see a difference. Eyal and the family feel trustworthy for all matters dealing with insurance. They keep relationships with adjusters and I feel like they advocate for us to make sure we get anything needed covered. This was the second place I towed my car to due to the first place being the shop AAA took me to as their default in the area. However, they didn't even turn the car on during inspection. When I took it to Sam's shop, he turned the car on and showed me that the car wouldn't even drive and made extremely loud noises. The team did a very thorough job and got the car to look back to new. As my car was a new 2025 model, I really wanted this repair to restore the car. Sam, the owner, is a nice and detailed person, making sure to check out all other components of the car to ensure hidden damage from the collision wasn't missed. He answers all questions regarding specifics of damages and parts. He is also very responsive to texts and calls for updates during the repair. Even though the repair took couple weeks, the result made it worth it. If you unfortunately end up in a collision and need repairs of any kind from cosmetic to mechanical to structural, I highly recommend this shop. They will get your car back to looking new.
