Just spent far to long trapped in traffic behind one of their tow truck drivers who was driving in the fast lane with two cars in tow;one on the flatbed, and one dragging behind. driving under the speed limit, talking on the phone, leaning against the drivers window, paying no attention to the traffic that he was causing to back up or all the people that were aggressively trying to go around him. My car was serviced at Audi Beverly Hills Service Department for a couple of interior items that needed repair. All work was completed and my vehicle was damaged by Audi Beverly Hills Service on the right front wheel fender side. The paint was scraped off as well as the clear coat. I was promised by by Enayat Sharaf, Fixed Operations Director that moving forward I would not have anymore issues that were overlooked by his team at ABHS. Well, I appreciate his professionalism, Audi of Beverly Hills Service did not deliver as promised. My Service Advisor, Derrek Duarte was quick to respond to this new issue and put me in touch with Shy at BHAB. After driving to the Beverly Hills location and needing a loaner car that was not set up by ABHS, it would have taken more time and coordination to put this together, Shy was helpful in suggesting BHAB's other location in Culver City. So, I drove there and met with Miguel. Miguel was very professional and helpful in getting me set up. Shy had contacted him and let him know I was on my way. BHAB was not able to buff out the damage and had to repair and repaint the damage created by ABHS. They had the car for 2 days and took great care. I picked the car up in the rain and upon arriving home noticed that their were still a couple of items that were not buffed out after repair. The rain and weather made it a little difficult to notice. I returned the car and Reyes took care of these items within 5 minutes. Over all, I give Miguel, Reyes and the family owned, Shy a 5 star review. Between, ABHS and BHAB my car was in and out of shops for an estimated 10+ days of my first 15 days of ownership. I was involved in a minor hit-and-run that left my car with some minor damage. I promptly took it to Beverly Hills Auto Body on Washington Blvd. in Culver City to get screwed for a second time. My family's business growing up was in automotive paint, so I have an idea what kind of work is required for what I brought to them. I was encouraged to leave the car at the shop while they did the estimate, assuming that the price for repairs would be in a price range suitable for my insurance company. The estimate Erik came back with was high by at least a few thousand dollars even with replaced parts. Needless to say, the insurance company didn't think it was worth it to pay for the amount of repair work in their estimate. I scratched my head wondering how they stay in business turning down what I know from experience is easy work. Turning down 5k to go for 7k seems a bit nutty to me. Erik encouraged me to pick up the car the next day. When I went to pick up the car the next day, I saw they had billed my insurance company $125/day for "storage" -- WHILE THEY WERE DOING THE ESTIMATE. They ended up totaling out my car and billing my insurance company for $500 after doing no work whatsoever other than an estimate. And then these guys had the gall to tell me that I didn't have to worry because my insurance company was going to foot the bill for the $500 storage fee. That's their business model in a nutshell. An absolutely dishonest cadre of shysters. p.s. Make no mistake -- even if our insurance pays the bill, WE are ultimately the ones who pays the cost. read more

A few months ago my car was broad-sided by a hit/run driver. I was okay but my poor little Prius was not. It was new car, too, which added to the pain. My State Farm agent suggested I take the car to Beverly Hills Auto Body and they did amazing work and I was so please with the result. Last week, I was responsible for another big ding on my poor little Prius (didn't see the little brick wall next to the car on the passenger side). Ack!! And I couldn't make a claim to insurance because of the raise in my premium. In any event I brought my car back to the only auto body shop I know. And I was not disappointed! Had an unfortunate incident with a papaya tree. My State Farm insurance linked me with these folks, and told me to go in and have the work done. No need for a separate adjustor. Brought my car in, looked it over for a few minutes, churn out some paperwork and they give me a ride home. A week later the car's done and it sparkles inside and out. I'd highly recommend this shop the next time you back into a tree, or have some other sort of unfortunate contact with your car. The 3 people that helped did not even charge me, they just gave me their honest opinion and a very reasonable estimate for my car lock issue. They accommodate their customers and have integrity. Monique was extremely helpful when I told her about my dad's car. Such a genuine person who gave me advice regarding his Toyota. I was truly impressed. Kent also helped not only my dad with his car, but also my Honda which has a bizarre self locking issue after I left my car with the valet at the Chateau Marmont. He got his coworker Reyes to also look at my car, who was also kind enough to spend the time on my car, before I was even a customer.
