The best way to describe this place is ALL IN ONE CELLPHONE SHOP! When I first met Wade, which impressed me with his multi tasking skills by handling 5 customers at once! There was a long line at his shop and I can see why people go to him including myself. He is truly a phone expert and noticed that he had been trained professionally by a vocational school to learn unlike other shops who practice on phones. I have been coming to this place for about 3 years now and this place was the ONLY place in the whole bay area to offer METROPCS FLASH service, and they still do on most phones. Things I have done so far since I have met this place have been unlocking my iphone in about 30 minutes. fixed my cracked screen on my husbands iphone in about 20 minutes which impressed me a lot. We also purchased 2 metropcs phones at a very discounted price of only $49.99 each and set up with the unlimited plan. Wade offered us many programs to choose from and was not pushy at all. He managed to put us on an affordable plan which helped us save hundreds of dollars from our old carrier. We also got to keep our old number from verizon and switch over. We all left with smiles on our faces, and so did the rest of the customers he dealt with on that day. As a Page Plus customer, I wanted to find a local dealer who could add a new phone to my plan as well as port another number over. I hate having to try to do stuff like that over the phone, especially when it's dealing with technology I can barely comprehend! My last dealer -- who had amazing customer service -- closed up shop a couple of years ago, so I wanted to find someone else just as good. I got it with Flash2Unlock. When I first called I got their voice mail so just hung up without leaving a message and continued (in vain) to find other local PP dealers. But then Flash2 called via a ringback and was able to answer all my questions. Then after we hung up they followed up with a text including their address and directions. So, my older brother told me about this really cool place where he unlocked an iphone for his daughter (my niece) and when I mentioned to him that I was going to head over to the MetroPCS retailer on Stevenson blvd in Fremont he immediatey said to go try Flash 2 Unlock first so since he's my brother I decided to trust his advice and try it out. Great service. fast and knowledgeable! Unlike most cellphone and tech stores, he was reliable, patient, and talked me through steps that other tech-savvy folks would would have found frustrating. I needed to have an unlocked phone for my month-long European trip next week, and ATT wanted to charge me to break my contract and then charge again for international service rates! Wade solved two problems in one. He sold me a "nearly new" Samsung S4 to replace my tired S3, transferred everything from my old phone to the new, and then got it unlocked faster than expected...in 24 hrs. instead of the predicted 3 days...and he charged only $55 for this service (ATT wanted twice as much to do, and much longer!) Now, I am not a slave to ATT's high cost while I'm away and I'll (hopefully) be able to easily find and use a local SIM card while in Europe. And I can get away from ATT as soon as I'm home again now! Having this unlocked phone and the friendly service getting it, helped reduce my pre-stress planning and organizing for this big adventure. Okay so long story over here but I will try to make it short I tried to look everywhere because I bought a phone from Craigslist and the old customer had not paid off their bill on their T-Mobile account so the phone turned out to be blacklisted and I was in panic and I did not know what to do it so I called every single store out there until I found flash2unlock. Found Flash 2 unlock online. I was looking for unlocking service for my iphone 4S. I also needed to have another phone that had water damaged checked out. Wade was very helpful and knowledgeable on all things cellular. He was not able to unlock my iphone with the newest software that I uploaded, but he was able to port my number over to a month to month service provider that would work on my phone. The 2nd phone had been destroyed by the water damage, I needed a new phone. Flash 2 Unlock was able to sell me a refurbished iphone 4s (same as the damaged phone) and set up the service on the "new" phone. Once the phone was active, we found out the phone was not working in perfect order, but Wade made it right by servicing it till it worked like new. Helped me get activated with a company called Simple Mobile where i can get unlimited calling to international for free! and unlimited LTE data for only $50 a month, i switched from metropcs which was horrible! 4. No hard sale here, he recommended and gave me options but there was no pressure to buy anything since they dont work on commission nor haggle you to purchase anything. This place is as good as it gets! I called all the places in Fremont to flash and unlock my phone which is an iPhone 6 from AT&T and not one store was able to do it til I called flash 2 unlock. I spoke to a representative there and he was very informative and told me that it was a piece of cake to do. Not only did he provide the unlocking service but hooked me up with metropcs which is tmobiles network now . I chose the $60 plan which gives you unlimited service 4g lte. Everything was done within one hour so I went to a restaurant in the same shopping plaza and I was impressed how he was multi tasking with other satisfied customers in the store! This is probably my favorite cellphone store in the area. I had called around to see if anybody else would be able to unlock a Galaxy S9 Samsung from AT&T under contract the same day and nobody will said it was possible until I called here and they told me that it would only take about 30 minutes to get it done so to my surprise they actually did get it done and it was hassle free and they actually activated my To like a mobile with no contract on the $50 unlimited plan and now I can call freely to 75 countries including India which hours and tended to do with T-Mobile but I had to pay extra $15 with them. To make a long story short I basically cracked my iPhone screen and had battery issues on my iPhone 7 model unfortunately it was out of warranty and Apple wouldn't help me unless I paid over ridiculous amount of money. I came to this place to get my galaxy note 5 fixed after calling many stores in the area. Mt situation started when i bought a phone on craigslist for 500$ and come to find out the customer didnt pay off paying the bill. My phone was blocked from the network and I did not know what to do.
