The food was great but the service could be better. The ambiance was warm feeling the lights were low it had a home country feeling. The ladies that helped me were of the older generation and they did not communicate with me or smile while assisting. But I would go back and try them again maybe it was just that day. read more

Great little gem in Longview. First time here and hubby ordered the Fordy and I ok scrappy. Both sandwiches were delicious on crispy toasted bread. Hubby after his second bite was humming, mmmmmmm. His brisket was juicy and flavorful. He loved the cream cheese. My scrappy was just as filling and delicious. My only complaint would be the pickle I received on the side was wimpy and small. A good crispy spear of a pickle would have been delicious. People are friendly, place is small and would be absolutely amazing if it was remodeled but as a eclectic place "it will do". I don't normally do 5 stars but this place definitely deserves it! The Batman was so delicious. I loved the tomato Basil soup. My daughter demolished her Reuben as she continued to tell me how great it was. My youngest got chips and salsa which was made perfectly. Not too spicy and not bland. Now the smoothie was so delicious that we all shared it and it was just for my youngest daughter. Perfect little spot with enjoyable music, atmosphere, and staff. read more

Just had this place for the first time. The "Fordy" is the best sandwich I have ever had! Can't wait to try other menu items!

The place is inviting the food looked okay all paninis are grilled on grill fried . All processed meats we asked the owner he said his wife said they could do a veggie fried on paninis Grilled. If you want healthy not fried this isn't it we didn't eat there we got up to leave owner he rolled his eyes at us sad. My husband is on a heart transplant list in Dallas he can't eat fried or processed foods. I'm sure they're good by their reviews. Some parents I'll or chronic please keep that in mind with your customers service. read more

Amazing food, we ordered Quesadilla's, the Gumbo. and Pups (jalapeños with cream cheese- awesome! ). The people were extra friendly and helpful since it was our first time! What a great little find! My husband had the gumbo which was spicy but he really likes it. I enjoyed half of a sandwich called the boathouse, chicken salad, tomato, avocado, spinach, Monterey cheese, mayo and seasoning. I found this place on accident, but really like it. It is a small location that is run by a husband/wife pair. They're super nice and are always welcoming. The food is your typical deli style food, with a few twists here and there. I typically try to change it up, and the owner has never let me down with his suggestions. Great place to grab lunch! I'll be honest, I only wanted to come here because of the name but the food is just as good and unique. I had the Boathouse which is chicken salad panini with avocado, tomato, jalapeño, and spinach. It was seriously good with gigantic slices of avocado. Huge sandwich plus chips and a drink for $10. My only complaint is that guy at the register (owner maybe?) wasn't wearing a mask. We sat outside so it wasn't that big of a deal but would have bothered me if we sat inside. read more

These sandwiches were awesome. Hard to imagine getting the chicken salad better than this. Great toasted bread but we liked the Boathouse better due to the avocado. his place is 1/4 of a mile from where I work. I just went there for the first time today. I have quite possibly had the best sandwich in my life at this place. The "Boathouse" sandwich grilled is simply fantastic! It's a small place with a seating area inside and out. Staff is friendly, and most importantly, they are Christians. They have a Bible out at the counter where you place your order, and you can highlight your favorite verse. Can't wait to go again! read more

The House (minus black olives) or the Cool Breeze are my favorite go-to sandwiches. Their ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches are always hot! Definitely need to phone in your order ahead of time as there can be somewhat of a wait otherwise. That's the only reason for 4 stars. Went here on a recommendation from a Longview local and was pleasantly surprised. I watch my carbs and had one of the best low carb meals here. I have to admit, I was annoyed at my wife for picking this place so far off the highway, but this was so much better than the usual frontage road fare. It'll Do is a little place with just a few two top tables. We walked in and we were immediately greeted and felt welcome. We ordered and waited for our lunch. All in all, the four of us tried different sandwiches which were all good along with the gumbo and cream of potato. If we were in or near Longview and not in a rush, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
