Rather than addressing my concern professionally, she attempted to drag strangers into the confrontation -- what should have been a straightforward conversation between a business owner and a paying customer turned into something embarrassing and hostile. A business owner who responds to basic questions by belittling customers and stirring up conflict has no business running a business. On top of that, the store itself was visibly dirty. Cleanliness is non-negotiable when you're handling food that people put in their mouths -- it's the bare minimum. The hygiene standards on display were deeply concerning and off-putting.
