That 4" by 4" all-purple piece of cake was good- Not overly sweet and just simply good. Over and above that, the ube bread rolls were pure deliciousness. The individually wrapped bread rolls were extremely soft and fluffy like Japanese milk bread. The sweet ube cream filling would be my favorite part of those fluffiest bread rolls. If there was 30-40% less sugar, it would've been great. Asians like their desserts "not too sweet" lol. I've had too many dry wedding cakes in my life and the cakes here are consistently moist, which is a huge plus.
