The vibe is welcoming and feel at home. I'm a new client. Been coming here I think probably since March 2025 I would say and Colette is funny and easy to talk to (especially about my problems and how my day went) haha. I haven't tried any other service except for sugaring down there. Not my first time trying sugaring and this place does wonders. I'm glad I came across this place and it does hurt a little but that's because I usually let my hair grow out down there but Colette recommended me to come in 4 weeks so it won't hurt as much. Colette, the owner, is incredible--she's so accommodating and knows exactly how to customize the perfect shade of tan, whether I want something light, medium, or a deep bronze. Sugaring - I was disappointed for 2 reasons. 1. Wrong technique that made hair grow sooner and thicker. I am a regular for sugaring, but tried this salon for the 1st time and didn't like. 2. The lady, I guess the owner who did the sugaring talked about other customers (from my country) which I felt uncomfortable about. A big NO for me when she mentioned about other customer's hair growth, etc along with their names. Please no. I didn't feel relaxed. I'm sorry, I forgot the ladies name, but she had the most awesome skeleton tattoo in a picture frame. I went to a place called #Cop-a-Tan said you'd get a free tan. There was no free tan. The people there were just not very nice or friendly, but I went to. It's always summer for my first spray tan and the girl was so nice so comforting so put you at ease very friendly love her would go back and would recommend it absolutely. They do an incredible job at explaining the different levels/shades. They provide hair ties, make up wipes, etc to use prior to receiving the spray tan.
