It's Boba Time is your average chain cafe. The drinks at this location taste extremely water down. It's in a really convenient area, however there are better boba spots in the area. The staff is sweet, service is slow at sometimes. I really enjoy the theming at this spot. There's fun games to play and a lot of seats. I wish there was a little more variety on the menu.

Recently opened in the Superior Market plaza. They have an app where you can order ahead plus they have a kiosk in store to order. I usually order the purple taro smoothie or the jasmine milk tea with boba. Boba is not overcooked or too sweet. The menu has a large variety, no yakult based but they do have yogurt powder. The place is bright and clean with plenty of seating.

We've been coming over this place ever since it opened. For some reason, when we came in on May 1, we had a good whiff of a fruity scent in the store. This made us want to try something new instead of ordering our usual (Thai tea). We had a Mango slush and a Strawberry and Watermelon slush. Both tasted amazing!! We finished our drinks at our home and we wanted more. The atmosphere of this place is very relaxing. The service was quick and awesome. Great for group hang outs or if you just want to enjoy an alone time. One thing we would say, is that the board games may need a little loving. We know it's not the staff's fault. It's something that the public does when there's a free game to play with. But other than that, the place is great!! read more

I was really excited when I saw on the maps that they opened a spot close to me since it's super convenient. I visit almost every week with my brother and always enjoy the great variety of drinks they have. This location offers signature matchas, coffees and açaí bowls, which I have not seen before, so I am looking forward to trying an açaí bowl soon. The service is consistently quick and the staff is always kind. The inside has a modern and inviting feel, and I like that they provide board games at each table. My top three recommendations are the Jasmine Tea Float, Banana Matcha, and the Mixed Fruit Tea. For add ons, I recommend any of the ice creams, rainbow jelly, and the star mango jelly. read more

The drinks were great, the service was also great. The only major drawback was the state of the parking lot. Not sure if it's normal or not but it smelled like straight vomit. So much so, I could taste it. Not just a little but the entire lot reeked like vomit bad. I'm guessing it has to be due to some sort of stagnant sewage drain venting the stench into the lot. Borderline, almost never made it inside the store. read more

I noticed a manager walking around without shoes, which felt inappropriate for the setting and took away from the overall experience. Price of a vanilla einspanner is 6.75 for a small cup and they don't fill up the cup. You get more foam than the drink. Taste very light for a drink that is made with expresso. Very disappointed. read more

Stopped by the newly opened It's Boba Time and honestly, I'm glad I did. The place feels fresh and clean, and the vibe is nice and welcoming. Even though it's new, everything seemed well organized and the service was smooth. I ordered taro milk tea and tiger milk tea, and both were really good -- not too sweet, good tea flavor, and the boba was fresh and chewy (which is a big deal for me). You can tell they're paying attention to quality. Staff were friendly and patient, and my drinks came out pretty fast. Overall, it left a good first impression. Most other places you have to place an order ahead (like a day or two, or more--which defeats the purpose when you want your drink NOW). One thing I did notice though, I ordered one 24 oz celery juice here and it was $11.50 while at the West Covina location it was two of the same for $19. It's a small shop, clean, music is almost just as loud as West Covina's-- it's like Starbucks--- get in, take your $$ and get out. Great tactic. If it weren't for the noise pollution I might've given them a 5 star. Parking is limited in a small strip mall, free.

We opted for small size açaí bowl $12 , each item I chose to make the bowl were fresh and delicious. Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I visit this plaza often due to Sam's Club, but rarely drive in the plaza towards Kohls so I was surprised when my friend told me the other week. I needed to head to both Kohls and Sam's Club for errands and stopped by H Mart to grab a few items. I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.
