My friend and I came here after seeing they had a green grape drink on their menu! We both got the bubble grape (he got his as it came, I substituted regular boba in place of the crystal boba). It was so flavorful and refreshing! It was sooo good that after my friend finished his cup, he even drank half of mine HAHA The employee working the register and kitchen was extremely sweet, especially for having a shift on Christmas Eve (we made sure to tip!) It was very clean, quiet, and cozy inside. There's sticky notes posted all over the wall, hand-drawn by customers! They had a beautiful Christmas tree for the season

This is my family and I happy place when we are in the area, especially after a day of lunch or dinner. We make sure to make room for ice cream at Nobibi. The perfect spot to satisfy our dessert fix. They're located at Albertson shopping lot next for door to Pho N Mor. Place is very tiny with only few seats inside; most take their order to go. We've been fortunate to find seats during all our visit. Our favorites are berry type sundaes like their Strawberry Blush and American Berry - 4th July seasonal flavors. We go with milk flavor for soft serve base which pairs well with berry toppings strawberry drizzle, boba, pocky, and corn flakes. Not overly sweet, but enough to put smile on your face. Their Pistachio with Dubai Chocolate is insanely delicious as well as Ninja which is charcoal ice cream topped with Pop Rocks with pocky sticks. We also tried their egg waffle, made to order and quite yummy. Staff friendly and helpful.

I got the egg waffle + milk ice cream & he got the I forgot what it's called but it had Oreos! That brown sugar ice cream is insane. The shop is pretty small with a few tables inside and a few outside. These older guys came and started smoking right next to us so it threw off the vibes but the ice cream and egg waffle was great! Not too sweet one bit.
After craving soft serve ice cream for over two weeks, I found Nobibi Ice Cream & Tea. The interior was pretty clean and organized. I ordered the Dalgona cup that included caramel and corn flakes at the bottom. It was delicious. I also tried the Pistacho that my wife ordered. I don't ever order Pistacho myself, but this one tasted great. Regarding the sevice, it was very good. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

They put real pistachios in the drink which made the drink taste better and have unique texture. Also liked how chocolate was not overpowering. It's a preference but the Peach Jasmine Fruit Tea would have tasted more enjoyable if it came out cold even without ice. We did appreciate the staff filling it to the top. The inside is not too spacious (about 5 tables) but it was easy to find seating.

My husband and I came here tonight for the first time and shared cups of the Ninja, S'mores, and Dalgona flavors. I liked the Ninja best and he liked the Dalgona coffee flavor. The S'mores had vanilla ice cream rather than a marshmallow flavor, so I probably wouldn't choose that one again. The staff were friendly and fast, and parking wasn't too crowded at 5:30p.

Uji matcha - standard matcha drink Fruit pebble soft serve cone - good, love the fruity pebbles on it!! Biscoff soft serve cup - delicious and had cereal at the bottom, bottom of the box cereal style! They should make a fruit pebbles cup with fruity pebbles cereal on the bottom!
First time here I tried there limited edition ice cream Dubai chocolate it wasn't that bad. If you like pistachio it paired upreally good with the Dubai chocolate.There pistachio ice cream wasn't too sweaty kind of remind me of rite aids thrifty pistachio ice cream but 10x better. They have two poky stix and once you get to the bottom you get some corn flakes reminded me of Filipino halohalo with the flakes. My daughter's also love there soft serve ice cream. Service was quick and great. We came around 7pm on a Friday so it wasn't that busy so we got lucky for a table but I bet it gets crowded inside for only few tables when it's busy.
The boba spot is located in a plaza with a few other restaurants so parking can be limited during busy hours. It was a warm day, and I was craving some sweet drinks which was nearby. Service was busy initially, but my drink came out a few minutes later. It's super cute inside and has a few seats outside too. The drink I got was the ube cloud. Ube cloud was sweet so I would lessen sweetness levels if you don't have the sweet tooth. Other than that, it was delicious. I would try the other drinks on the menu, which look so cute and yummy!
we got the ninja ice cream and absolutely loved it! It was a perfect amount of sweetness and I loved the nutty taste of the ice cream. I think the ice cream flavor was black sesame. I like how it wasn't fully chocolate but there are oreo sprinkles and chocolate chips along with black sesame ice cream to balance out the flavors without too much sweetness. Staff were friedly as well!

Service: Drinks were fast. A bit of proactiveness from the employees would've been appreciated -- example: I removed whipped cream off of the Brown Sugar Bobo (not pictured) and they didn't ask me if I wanted to remove the whipped cream off of the Uji Matcha. Drinks: Uji Matcha, 2 teas and a Brown Sugar Bobo. The Uji Matcha was watery and thin, but I still had difficulty sucking the drink through the thick straw (I got boba). I didn't get to taste any of the boba since I had a hard time drinking it. It had more of a "pure" matcha taste and wasn't that sweet. The Brown Sugar Bobo was watery and thin as well. No comment on the teas, they were for another family member and she didn't update me on whether she liked them or not. Ambiance: It's a cute place. It was clean with some seating inside and outside. Parking: Located in a shopping plaza next to an Albertson's and Young Dong Tofu. Park by the Wells Fargo if you don't want to deal with the high traffic of people entering/leaving the plaza. read more

First time here I tried there limited edition ice cream Dubai chocolate it wasn't that bad. If you like pistachio it paired upreally good with the Dubai chocolate.There pistachio ice cream wasn't too sweaty kind of remind me of rite aids thrifty pistachio ice cream but 10x better. I liked it. Was in Chino Hills and craving a cold, sweet treat. This place hit the spot. Inside was simple with some cute decorations. Only a few tables for seating. I got the brown sugar bobo cup. So good! Had the lighter sweetness that I really like. I liked the boba balls and cereal at the bottom. All their treats looked so grammable lol. The menu has a nice mix of cold treats and drinks so it's good for repeat visits. Will definitely be coming back to try more. Service was good. Friendly staff. Biscoff Crumbl; the milk base was suprisingly addicting, I'm not the biggest fan of the "milk" bases bc I think they're kinda basic BUT I wouldn't change the base for this one, it j goes so well with the biscoff & cornflakes at the bottom of the cup. It was fs enough to share with 2-3 ppl if you don't rly have a sweet tooth be these buggahs were diabetes big. I would come back for this flavor combo again Strawberry Blush (matcha base); honestly it was good but l've had better matcha ice cream so I wouldn't come here for this I would probably try something else. (We also go a side of the mochi jelly which was smt l've never tried before. It was good with the soft serve, probably would get it again) Vibes: a lot of booths so you can yap away w your friends & good music & lighting. Cute little whole in the wall spot! It's in a plaza so parking may take a few minutes to find. I love the dalgona brown sugar coffee! You can make this drink hot too if you prefer but I'm telling you nothing compares to it when it's iced.. my favorite craving. The dream cloud with Milk Ice cream was my daughter's favorite. In dire need for some ice cream/frozen yogurt. This gem is a little hard to find. Nested between a popular Pho and Korean BBQ restaurant. Parking can be difficult especially during dinner. Maybe we ordered the wrong items but the desserts were just ok. Lacks any type of wow factor. Came here for desserts one night and got 2 items to share. The ninja ice cream cone is a chocolate waffle cone with blacks sesame soft serve ice cream with Oreo. It was ok, it looks much nicer than it tastes. The egg puff with milk ice cream was also mediocre. The soft serve ice cream was kind of plain and average. DQ's vanilla flavor might actually be a bit better. It's getting hot out there! Not just any type of ice cream but they add hidden flavors and textures. I got the s'mores: toasted marshmallow, milk ice cream, surrounded salty popcorn, and chocolate waffle. So delicious and yummy! Service was friendly and fast. This place is small located in the Albertsons shopping center in chino hills off grand and Peyton. I brought my oldest and her friends here for a treat. They were nice enough to let us try some samples before we decided on what we want. I tried the black sesame soft serve and my daughter tried the honey dew soft serve. She decided on a kids cone of h dew covered in freeze dried strawberry sprinkles. The soft serve was good definitely different "flavor" profiles they offer here. This is such a good ice cream spot. It was pretty crowded at 3 pm. I think one of the big take aways here is that the ice cream comes nicely presented. We got the S'more ice cream and it came on a stand. In terms of taste this ice cream was pretty thick but also super creamy. I thought it was pretty worth it for $5.99 especially since it comes with a black cone as well as toppings. Never thought popcorn would be good on ice cream but now I can say it definitely works. Worth checking out in Chino Hills for dessert. read more

Gave this place another chance last week. Was disappointed that they had ran out of boba. But understandable considering I came 30 minutes before closing. The owner reached out wanting to make things right due to my last review. When I visited this time around, the two female staff members made my drink and this time I can say it was made closely to how it would taste all the thousands of time I had it before when the owner was making them. I am sure the owner took the time to ensure that the staff is making proper measurements when making the drinks. Look forward to visiting again like old times. read more

A few of us from the YelpIE squad although I'm from YelpLAEast, met up here after our dinner get together. Service: fast and friendly. I'll be back here if in the area and craving ice cream sundae but will order to go. When we arrived, the place was too jam packed. I wished there were more tables. But, the ice cream parlor was just a tad smaller than their Pomona, CA., branch. Since this parlor was smaller, I was unable to snap more pics from this place. I'll have to visit the Pomona branch next time. I learned about Nobibi from their Eastvale, CA., location. Overall, the ice cream sundae I ordered: 'Dalgona coffee,' was extremely tasty and strong, so I'll probably be up all night getting some work done. read more
