I stop by this Sharetea pretty often whenever I find myself in Chino Hills, especially when I need a cold drink on a hot summer day. They have a ton of variety on the menu, and their boba tea is consistently good no matter what you decide to get. The atmosphere is great if you just want to grab a drink without dealing with a crowd. It's a quiet spot, usually not very busy, and the worker there is always really nice and welcoming. If you're in the area and looking for a solid place to cool down with a good boba, this is a great option. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

We were here once, it was next to our doctor appointment. I don't believe is called shareatea anymore, but we got a Thai tea with boba, waited about 15 minutes and we were the only order or customers in the store. They used some sort of powder Thai tea instead of your proper brewed one. We saw them poor a few scoops and also could taste the grainy when drinking the drink. Boba was nice and sweet, hence the two stars. read more

Horrible and disgusting. Had to throw away $40 worth of drinks. And we even tipped as you have to pay as you order. Avoid this place as the guy that was working there was pissed off that he has to work in food service. Never saw him wash anything, using dirty rags, reusing dirty utensils/ equipment and throwing stuff around on the counter and floor. Will report them to the health department too. I'm sure it will cause someone to get sick. I see other complaints about the same server and if management is ok with their employees acting like that, it shows the disregard they have for their customers. read more

This used to be my favorite ShareTea or boba place around the area. I completely went out of my way few days ago to grab a drink and disappointment was all there was. Service was awfully bad. If you happened to be served by the grace of the man wearing glasses, who looks like he's late 20's, and who refuses to share his name, I have terrible news for you. His horrible service and entitled demeanor takes away from the experience. Ordering from the kiosk seems to stress him out, and him projecting onto me made me quite uncomfortable. I quit that job to work in Arcadia, CA., and pleasantly learned that there existed another 'Sharetea,' in Arcadia, CA. as well. I haven't visited a Sharetea in awhile is due to switching to Ten REN's. As long as they keep up with their frequent buyer stamp card's program, I will visit ShareTea again. I used to fetch their Pudding Milk Teas during the hot Summer days with zero sugar because pudding already contained sugar, didn't need that extra dose. Let me preface this by saying that I am a fan of iced green tea drinks. That said, I'm super happy I finally tried this place tonight. I ordered the iced honey green tea at 80% sweetness and it was perfect. Can't wait to try the rest of their flavor creations; the taro blend also looks pretty yummy. This location currently stays open pretty late for the area (9-9:30pm) and it sure beats having to drive to Covina BMC (Banh mi che cali) for their iced green teas. July 2020- A friend of mine was raving to me about how amazing Sharetea is and we were near this spot & I decided to check it out with her. It was my first time at a Sharetea location, & they have a lot of items on their menu! I was a bit overwhelmed but I narrowed down what I knew I wanted. I originally wanted their Strawberry Mojito drink, but I was told I was unable to get the tapioca balls because the way the drink was made & the cup it was put in. The cashier offered to give me a side of tapioca balls which was a good solution but I decided against it. I wanted the Strawberry Black Tea but I was not able to custom how sweet I wanted the drink which I thought was a bummer. I ended up getting it anyway in hopes of it being semi-sweet and mostly because I was able to add tapioca balls to that particular drink. When I got it I drank some of it but it was just too sweet for me. It was good but I ended up diluting it with water in order to enjoy the rest of the drink. I will def be back again to try their other drinks out, but I most likely will not be grabbing their Strawberry Black Tea. P.S as of July 2020 Masks are required in order to enter this location. Their grand opening is on Saturday, June 1st but they have soft opening going on. The boba is fresh & the drinks are customizable. You can do 80% sweet, 50% sweet or even 30% sweet. They have various blended drinks as well. This location of Sharetea is located in the newly developed area near Rite Aid, Subway & near the new apartment complex. Parking is pretty amble right now. I forgot how their drink tasted like. One sip and all the taste of their drinks came back. Now am going to visit this place more. First off they blend the entire drink and all I'm left with is mainly ice. My kids and I walked into this Sharetea at 8:44om after dinner as we were celebrating my daughters's birthday. I asked the employee when we walked in if he was able to make drinks as I realized they close at 9pm. He said yes. We placed our orders on the kiosk and asked if he could ice blend a drink and he said he usually doesn't, I asked if he could and he agreed. I was not rude or demanding- he was about 20 years old. He then started making our drinks, throwing stuff around, slamming stuff, shaking his head and sighing loudly- making sure we knew he was upset. He finished our drinks and I asked him why he was being so extremely rude to us. I had the courtesy to ask him if he could help us. We didn't deserve the bad experience and my kids were so disappointed. Why work in service if you're a terrible person? Very disappointed and I hope he learned something today. I love that you are able to customize the sugar, ice level to the drinks and the staff honors those requests. They will go above and beyond to make sure the drink is made to your liking. My go-to drink is taro pearl milk tea with light ice and 1/4 sugar. My husband's go-to drinks are the toffee milk tea and hokkaido milk tea. This location is easy to find, has ample parking and if you are looking for a nice place to do some work or relax, this is the place to come. They have a couch and a few tables/chairs. My favorite at any boba is taro so I had the taro first and its creamy and delicious and taste exactly like taro. I order mine with no sugar or 30% sugar because I tend to believe these drinks already have a sweet taste to begin with. Second favorite is the peach tea slush with lychee jelly and also add tapioca in large size, they also offer small size but my preference is the larger one. This one is already sweet again so I can order this with no sugar and it still taste delicious. The location is also kept very clean and neat so I don't think you'll have any complaint about that, also is it a small location like other tea places so to ensure you get a seat I would arrive early.
