TLDR: Slush is a sweet block of ice and boba is a hard, flavorless ball. It has been a long time since I've ordered a drink so bad that I didn't even finish it. I wanted to like their drink so badly that I managed to get through half of it before coming to the conclusion that it's really not even worth the calories. I got their kiwi slush with boba, and it tasted nothing like kiwi. It was really sweet, and it felt like a giant cylinder of ice thrown into some bright green liquid. It's possible that their other flavors are much better, but I'm not going to come back to find out. This place should change its name because the boba here is not good whatsoever. They serve medium sized boba that is cold, not very chewy, and flavorless. I've never had a problem like this at any other boba shop, so I found the experience to be extremely surprising. Keep in mind that I've ordered boba in slushes many times from various boba shops. I was expecting the boba to be warm enough to melt the bottom layer of the slush, but that seems absolutely impossible with the kind of boba this place serves. The good news is that parking here is easy and plentiful. The barista also made the drink pretty quickly. There was nothing really notably amazing or awful about the service. I'm not sure what happened to this Boba Time, but my drink was more ice than anything else. I ordered one of my safe popular drinks Boba Time is known for, which is the Cookies and Cream Shake. I wasn't too satisfied because there wasn't enough milk, and my cookies inside wasn't totally mixed well. Too much ice which I barely drank half and threw away the heavier half of solid water. My friend ordered the watermelon smoothie with boba in it, which I thought was a bit watered down to the point where it was more bland. I understand it's not watermelon season yet, but come on! The boba was fine though. The other Boba Time locations I've been to is much better. The best one is still in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Their drinks are always well mixed and to the point.
