If the promotion allows separate transactions, I don't understand why customers should be made to feel guilty for using it. The attitude was unnecessary and made the entire experience uncomfortable. We were simply trying to take advantage of a promotion that was being offered--not asking for anything unreasonable or outside of the store's policy. To make matters worse, the boba itself wasn't even that good. For the price, I expected much better quality and flavor. The drinks were underwhelming, and after the way we were treated, I honestly regret spending my money here, especially using my credit. There are plenty of other boba shops where the drinks are better and the customer service is much more welcoming. The mango was supposed to be blended to have more of a smoothie like texture, but it wasn't. It was all liquid, which made the drink taste warm. Unfortunately, I took my first sip when I was already near home. I didn't want to go all the way back and even if I did, they would already be closed. He just left and continued to make drinks since there was a lot of people waiting around for theirs and I could see the online orders printing out, adding to his work load. On our way out, my girl friend was nice enough to let people know who had the coloring pages in their hand that the worker doesn't know how to apply the discount, and that we waited for almost an hour.
