When I explained that I ordered ahead of time because I have somewhere to be, she gave me an attitude. Disheartening that she couldn't just own up to not having my order ready. She ended up upgrading my drink to an XL instead of a L but it wasn't really worth it in the time I waited. It was also very sweet when I ordered 50% rather than 75 or 100. Also, the online ordering is useless because they take long regardless. If you want quick service like boba cafes should be, this isn't the place.
