This place is fresh and delicious! We walked in and found the menu charming and straightforward- you can see pictures on the screen menu. We opted for the shrimp spring rolls (fresh) which were delicious, and the peanut dipping sauce was also great. I opted to make my own rice bowl with lemongrass beef and lots of veggies, which I loved. My husband loved his pho, as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was clean and fun (I liked the art on the walls). We bought bottles of water before realizing they had cups and a cooler in the corner, so that's the only thing I'd do differently in the future. Very good! read more

We stopped in here for a quick dinner and they didnt dissapoint, the food was solid and we got pho and a vermicelli rice bowl with shrimp. The counter service ordering had our food out rather fast and everything on the menu looked solid as we want to come back for sure. This place is great. It's been a while since I've been to a place with a good Pho selection on the menu. My wife and I went here for a lunch out during the week. We split the shrimp spring rolls , which were very good and came with a nice peanut dipping sauce. My wife got the make your own rice bowl with lemongrass beef. It came packed with veggies and was a sizable portion too. I go the Itsawrap Pho Day Biet, which was amazing. Packed with lots of varieties of meat and hearty both. The only thing different is that I would have ordered more noodles to the order. There's a self order kiosk or you can order at the counter. There's a hidden water station in the corner thats a bit hard to spot when placing your order. the service was quick and super friendly. The place is very cute, clean and has lots of seating. It's more similar to Bee Banh Mi in Cary than Far East Pho with its more casual style and no-waiter service. ItsaWrap's inviting ambiance with its basket lights and minimalistic aesthetic reminded me of the serenity you can find in Vietnam's tropical nature. It also has a nice outdoor seating; and we saw other a small group of customers enjoying food there. My girl ordered the Vermicelli Bowl with pork & I got the Banh Mi Sandwich with beef. We also got the $8 2-piece Bao Buns as our appetizers. As much as we wanted to include most of the available ingredients for the Vermicelli Bowl & Bang Mi -as shown on the kiosk or menu- there's a limit for how much you can add for no additional cost, and anything beyond that is extra, so this Vietnamese "fast food" spot is not cheap. In fact, we wouldn't even consider buying pho noodle bowls here as they look small in the photos. Small but about the same price as thecbigger & better bowls you can get from an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Unsurprisingly, we got our orders fast, and our items were brought to our table instead of us having to pick them up from the counter (like most other casual spots of this caliber do), so we appreciated the professional customer service of ItsaWrap. Prior to receiving our food, we had to move to another table because we noticed that part of the surface of the table we initially went to was strangelt sticky. The Banh Mi Sandwich was one of the best Banh Mi we've tried in the Triangle NC. Unlike the Banh Mi that we tried in Pho Far East, the bread of the sandwich here was not hard, and the fresh ingredients inside made every bite a delight. It's about $10 with the beef option; other types of meats cost less. My girl also enjoyed her Vermecelli Bowl with the pork, and the fish sauce that came with it enhanced the flavor of the various ingredients inside the bowl. The pork pieces were tender, and the couple pieces of pork rolls included in the bowl tasted crispy-good. The most disappointing item that we ordered was the 2-piece Bao Buns order, which we thought was not worth its $8 price. They were too small, and the ingredients inside weren't as good as the Bao Buns we've tried in other Asian restaurants. The buns here are definitely no match to Love Bao's larger & more Taiwanese-authentic buns; even the $3 buns in Hokkaido Ramen Bar in Morrisville were more satisfying than what we got here. My girl was craving for coffee so she followed-up our food order with a $6 iced Vietnamese coffee, which was pre-made and ready to serve. But I can say far more about the food the restaurant cooks up than merely admiring their inventive name. It's about the closest to a meal I've come to since living on the fringe of a Vietnamese neighborhood in Bangkok, it's truly akin to what we managed to order regularly in northern Virginia Vietnamese strongholds in the 1980s and 1990s, and into the first decade of the 2000s. And, notably, it is the best Viet food we've had since we moved to Durham about 4 years ago. The fried spring rolls (chả giò) were exceptional - packed with the customary interior, but not jammed full so the sauce (nước mắm) could penetrate each inch of the roll. A true pleasure to eat. And the spring rolls (gỏi cuốn) were a unique marriage of a chả giò - on the interior of the roll - surrounded by vermicelli noodles wrapped carefully in a thin rice paper. For us, the "main course" was a "vermicelli bowl," in the build your own section of their menu. Pick your protein. Pick your toppings. Choose your favorite sauce. My partner really enjoyed his shrimp rice bowl, but my chicken pho was a bit underwhelming and lacked flavor. This is my single most recommended lunch spot in Morrisville; the Banh Mi has such fresh ingredients and beautifully cooked pork, I can't help but order one every visit. It's BYOB concept and it can cost up $15-16 for an order of bun thit nuong bc they charge for every single things (lettuce, cucumber, peanut) and more than $10 for a banh mi - which is insane to me. I cant talk about the taste bc I dont consider this Vietnamese food. This is american food with the inspiration of vietnamese food. So be aware. There was a customer that was moving a bit slow in front of me, and like I said, starving, so I walked to the computer to order myself. Popped on a Thai tea and sat down in not a plane: the place was quiet, comfy and chill: exactly what I needed after a business trip. My food came out and they brought it to me (super nice I wonder how tired I looked) and I tore into it: spectacular. The bread was soft and chewy, the meat was tender and flavorful: veggies wonderful and the spicy mayo a perfect cream/spice. I walked to this place as it was near my hotel. Place is small but clean. Waitstaff was very nice and positive. Ordering from the menu on the tablet was pretty easy. I usually get pho ga (chicken) but decided to go a bit crazy with the Pho Dac Biet which is beef based. Took less than 10 minutes before I got my food. I thought the portion size was good. Noodles were great. The meat was just ok, but I think it's more about me trying something new and not being crazy about it. Prices were fine. I came here for lunch on a workday because it was located only a couple minutes from my office. I ordered the pho dac biet (my go-to pho order). The pho was decent but nothing special. The broth was average, but I did like how it came out fresh as it was really hot. The meatballs were the best part of the pho- I thought they were really flavorful. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls and I thought those were great, especially with the peanut sauce. I like how this place is great for take out. They serve all their dishes in to go containers which is convenient as this restaurant is located next to many office buildings I'm between 3 and 4 stars for this place. I think the overall pho is very average although service is fast and it's in a great location for a quick lunch. This place got my mom to like Tofu after being such a nay saying to ever eating tofu. So I would recommend the tofu even if your not vegetarian. My go to is the Pho Tai and my husband get the vermicelli bowl with Tofu. We always have to get the tofu bao appetizer!! It my favorite item on the menu. I would have pictures of the food but honestly I am always too quick to eat it. But we have tried a lot of the other food options and they all have been great. The vegetarian beef was good but honestly prefer the tofu still because it can't be beat. The packaging is great and makes it convenient for take out. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cute and I love the design. The owner is so sweet and always greets us by name and always willing to have a conversation with us about our lives. This is a fast casual restaurant that seems to operate on efficiency. There is a station you use to order and pay for your food, which was easy to use and flexible for customization (adding and removing ingredients). I imagine it's not easy for everyone to use, and it makes the experience a little less personal. However, it did seem to help the two people in the back be able to stay on top of their orders. The staff was very friendly and greeted/thanked everyone for coming in. I ordered the chicken pho with extra chilies and the thai green iced tea, both of which were very good. The chicken pho broth was really fragrant and I felt like the portion was perfect. I wish there could be real bowls for dining in, though. I asked the staff, and they explained that you bus your own table, and it's okay to pour liquids into the trash they have by the door. The food is good, but maybe it's best as carry out. read more

The white rice was cooked to perfection and the ingredients tasted so fresh! I didn't know what to expect and was taken aback by the purple appearance of the taro milk tea. I decided to take a sip anyways and I'm so glad I did. The tea had a smooth sweet taste that was delicious! I really enjoyed trying ItsAWrap! I love this place because it's a build your own meets Vietnamese food. You can choose either pho, noodle, or rice bowl. The base of the bowls have a set price, and it adjusts based on what protein you add on top. They also include a set number of toppings that you can add to make the bowl your own. It's probably tied with the best pho I've had in RTP so far!!! I ate this on the go but next time I would have heated up the noodles in broth if I took this home.
