The lady that served me was probably (best guess) the owner. Her service was impeccable. In addition, Kinoko has a pleasing amenity not found in most restaurants: an AC outlet at every table that was by the wall. This was very handy for a heavy user of laptops and phones like myself. Although there was music playing in the background, it wasn't loud. The server and I were able to hear each other, and I could also hear the voices of others at the bar. The restroom had an interesting decor of newspapers for wallpaper. That was something I didn't see elsewhere. If you love good ramen, come to Kinoko Ramen.
