I called the usual place we have taken appliances (Jeffrey's) and they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to even look at it. So I called around and found RK Appliance. I'm sorry I didn't get the owner's name but he asked me some questions, like the model and what wasn't working and mentioned several possible things that could be wrong. He said he could look at it right away. We brought it in (a little tight getting our pickup in the back alley where he unloaded but doable).
