I asked him to please put on a mask (I had mine on) and tells me I've been vaccinated, So have I but we still need to wear one, I told him...... Forget it he says and leaves........... Soooo. This is my review for Ivan and his services provided. Ivan gets 4 stars. My overall experience, however, is tainted by the lack of business, professionalism and basic manners by whoever handles the phone... (Too bad no stars wasn't an option) These ratings should be completely separate... They are completely different ratings. Yelp won't allow multiple different ratings from one person on on company, so I felt it only fair to explain this before I got started. I'm not a big yelp bashed type person. I hate to leave this review, but people should know what they are getting into... I was very pleased with the services performed by Ivan. I called for an estimate. I got a text message asking when he could come by and give me an estimate. He came by right on time and looked at what I explained. Quickly after he returned a reasonable and fair price. I told him that i had never had a Gardner before so I would talk to my wife and see what we had budgeted for this service. We responded a day or so later stating that we would like to use his services. We set a time for noon on Wednesdays and that was good to go. He showed up at noon on Wednesday. Knocked out about 95% of what we discussed. The next visit came and went and he was in and out very quickly. I text him explaining what had been missed and asked how I would pay him as well. I got a text back stating "You can send the check by mail, and let me ask him about the roots." (There were some remaining roots from Ivy I had him remove). After following up to get an update on how to pay and what was going on with the roots, I got this text msg: "Well sorry i dont know nothing, you talk to ivan once he goes to your house. Thanks" I stated that I should probably have someone else do it and I would have to find someone else. (at this point it had been over a week since the last visit) I followed up again asking for an update and the address. Me "What address am I suppose send money to? We will just take that out of what's owed and we will just be done. I'll pay someone else to do it. He doesn't need to come back." Response - "That is great dont worry he wont go back you are to annoying anyways." Me - "Wow. I was honestly satisfied with the services he provided. Was about to actually refer him to a couple friends. You just killed it. Is there another number he can be reached at? I'd like to actually speak to some one involved with the business." Response (apperany not Ivan!) - "No dont worry it ok!!! No this is the only number" This is a shame. Whoever is on the other end of the phone is causing Ivan to loser monwy and business. Ivan gets 4 stars! What he did do was quick, quiet and I felt a fair price. However; whoever is on the other end of this phone is a terrible part of the business and should be removed. That's not how you run a business and not how you talk to customers. Customers and customer referrals are the best advertising for small business! I honestly hope that something changes here. Ivan provides a good and fair service and it's going to quickly get a bad reputation if this is not remedied quickly. If this phone person wants to disputes any of this, feel free to ask me for screen shots of the text msg conversation. I'm sorry to say, we will never work with Ivan again. read more

They came out to give an estimate the same day. Their price was very reasonable. They showed up exactly as scheduled and did fine work. They were careful to avoid damaging the sprinkler system, and cleaned up well. read more
