After chatting with multiple people for doing a bunch of varied work at my house, Mr. Pham stood out as a nice, genuine guy. I also appreciated his flexibility and punctuality. Our project involved removing a lawn and replacing it with aggregate concrete (with stones in it), fixing a broken fence post, removing a big tree & 8 giant hedges then replacing with stones as ground covering + new plants, tree trimming and built a perogla style patio overhang attached to the house. I would not hire this company again unless I wanted to have crap work done and have it look really bad. The work they did was sub par to say the least. They don't know how to put in artificial grass. First off the good and why I am not giving 1 star. The overall work, once complete, looks good. Now for the bad. I do not like to give bad reviews, and I usually don't but I do not want anyone to pay thousands of dollars without a warning from myself. I paid over $16k to have my front yard fixed. From the beginning, the project was plagued with false promises and delayed deadlines. Overall it took over 1 month to get everything completed, over two times longer than promised. This is not including the 3+month delay due to the COVID shelter-in-place order, that could have been avoided if they just came close to sticking to their schedule. Once everything was done, within a month, the new sprinkler system they installed broke under the pavers they laid down. It took 3 weeks to get the sprinkler fixed, meaning I had to manually water the new lawn they installed or have it die. Even after they fixed the sprinkler, the pavers that they reinstalled never fit as good as before and even has a missing piece they promised to replace but never did, another false promise. My neighbor did a very similar project and their place was done in under 2 weeks. I highly recommend seeking a different company to do your large landscaping project. I regret spending so much money on a project that could have turned out and handled better. read more

I recently have cement put in my backyard and my gate installed. Work looks good aesthetically but when I had a closer look there are issues. First, the gate door has sagged and is now not actually ligned up with the fence. This sag made it hard to open and close the gate because the gate and the fence are literally rubbing off each other. Second, is the water does not drain down the side like I was promised. The water gets stuck next to my house wall instead of it draining away from the house towards the side. I've contacted Pham to give him a chance to remedy the issue but he just acknowledged the problem with no promise of a recourse. Pretty disappointed with the work. read more

When Mr. Pham came to do an estimate I knew he was the one because of his attention to detail. First thing, when entering the back yard, I mentioned a problem with our gate latch and he immediately got a hammer and straightened it. Good as new. We needed a few jobs done in the back yard. Reinstall a small fountain that had fallen, reset the bricks in some sections of a brick patio set in sand where the bricks had shifted due to settling and tree roots, edging of a path that had been poorly done and partially collapsed, level a heavy birdbath and add a board to the rock covered area under the street tree. He said he could be here the next day at 8:00 after we accepted a very good estimate. He and another worker arrived right on time and proceeded to get to work. They fixed everything that we wanted done in a very efficient and thorough way. It took them 5 hours and needless to say we were very pleased. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to any who needs a big or little job done. read more
