Beautiful place right on the water. Watch the ferries come and go. Great service and seafood!!! Free parking across the street.

We decided to pickup dinner from Ivar's tonight we've been doing that for years. We went with the Barge which is a fair amount of fish and chips and a couple of cups of clam chowder.I also selected oysters and chips. Ivar's food has always been consistently good we been to other locations and it's been the same there. Nothing fancy but good fill you up food. What's nice also is we haven't had any errors with our orders over the years, when we do dine in the restaurant is clean and well staffed.

Fast Food. And really good food. The Salmon BLT was new for me. Hard to beat NorthWest Salmon. Good size meal. Great taste. Finished off with Key Lime Cheesecake. Service was quick. This was 9/9/25

Ivar's is my favorite place to go for seafood, because it told me that I actually like seafood, because before I had Ivar's, I would never touch a fish or clam ever. Anyway, it was awfully quiet in there when I went, usually I hear some noise, but there was absolutely nothing except me and my family talking. I can't say anything about the service, it was just "Can I get your order?" And "Here is your order." No chitter-chatter from our server. Ivar's is really good, I recommend it!

We stopped here on a recommendation. We are from out of town. We got the grilled salmon plate, kids fish n chips and their original clam chowder. This was prob one of the worst meals and cost about $40. The salmon was super dry and hard, flavorless. Coleslaw super sweet. Corn bread - the only good thing. Fish n chips - not good and crispy. Breading sucks. Clam chowder is quite flavorless with a thick paint-like liquid texture. It was odd. Man we felt like we wasted money. We ended up tossing half of everything. During pick up, the servers were very nice though. But I was most disappointed in the grilled salmon.

Always good steady quality of food. Quick and nice servers. Casual and gentle customers. It's always pleasant to visit this location. Can get a bit crowded but worth the wait. Our favorite chowder place!

Food was good. The staff was awkward and a little rude when my MIL tried to use a discount card. They also forgot part of our order.

We ordered the crab dinner and fish and chips, and I'm here to sing the praises of the fish and chips. This is such an iconic PNW dish, and so many places half-ass it. Anthony's truly made it shine ; crunchy panko breading, fish that was actually seasoned and flaky. The coleslaw was good but a bit dry and lackluster. The crab dinner was solid too. My wife is particular about her Dungeness . If it's good, she'll make it known and this was fresh, seasoned, and delicious. I also love that the seating is staggered so almost everyone gets a view of the water and marina. The "medium" eggs had obviously been under a warmer for a while. Dry N hard. Two sausage patties equals about one somewhere else. Thin & small. Crispy black edge on one. None of the food on the was freshly cooked on this plate. We were the only ppl in bar, 2 of us. 1 server there taking care of restaurant tables too. Had to ask for EVERYTHING. Drinks were good; good pour & tasty. But the food is sooo small now & 30$ for that plate was stupid. Maybe for a drink, that's it! The restaurant has been opened since July 2025 and took over from the previous tenant, Dong Ting Chun. Hot Cajun Crawfish is a Vietnamese Cajun seafood boil restaurant, that also has Pho, Po Boys, Fried Seafood, and a cocktail bar menu arrangement. I highly recommend ordering seafood by the pound, as this was the main highlight of our meal. Our group ordered 2 lbs of crawfish, 2 lbs of clams, 1 lb of squid in their House Special sauce. This sauce was extremely buttery, rich, garlicky, and spicy! 2-3 stars (mild-medium) were much much spicier than anticipated, so spice enjoyers be warned. The seafood was fresh, served in stainless steel bowls, and piping hot. Everything was coated in the seasoned sauce and was well above expectations. Our group also ordered the seafood combination platter, the beef and tripe pho, seasoned french fries, and the lobster fried egg noodle. I was not a fan of the seafood combination platter (fried catfish, oysters, shrimp). The seafood was coated in this thick batter that texturally was mid and almost inedible. The seafood itself was just ok, with the catfish having a very strong aftertaste. The beef and tripe pho was just ok, good portion sizes, but it is not the main prize Hot Cajun Crawfish offers. The lobster fried egg noodle was surprisingly well seasoned, with a generous warm water whole lobster tail on top. I liked the seasoned fries, they were crispy and a good portion. I would come back just for the seafood boil bags, they were delicious and worth their price. Everything together for this party of 5 was $185 including tax and tip. Service was attentive, friendly, and food came very fast. We visited on a Tuesday evening at 6, and the restaurant was empty on this holiday week. Enjoy the pictures folks.

The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. Spicy popcorn shrimp and smoked salmon chunks appetizers, and the large front table by the window, were the highlights. To be transparent, my dad loves oysters, and the happy hour oysters were as expected. My son's muscles entree was good - but we had to drain out the sauce from bottom of pot, into the lid of pot, to enjoy the sauce with the cold sourdough bread that came on the side. Sauce was tasty, but overall it was too much work to get to the sauce, and I was disappointed the bread was right out of the bag or not warmed at least. I ordered the Cesar and added salmon. The Cesar dressing was definitely mayo based, but did contain anchovies, so likely homemade, it had potential, but it tasted mostly like mayo. If you don't love mayo, do not get the Cesar. You walk in to a shelf full of solid-value wines, mostly local, aimed to pair with whatever you might take home with you to cook.
