Ellensburg Floral was WONDERFUL! Their website was easy to use for placing my order, I was able to include a customized note for him, and also was able to note any other requests. I had chosen the "designer's choice" arrangement but had requested that the colors be fun and bright and they nailed it! He had been gone when the florist arrived to deliver it, and they left a note requesting that he call them when he was home. I was VERY impressed by this, they absolutely could have just left the flowers on his porch but how thoughtful to do it this way instead! He called them and scheduled a time later in the day for them to return. He said the lady who made the delivery that afternoon was very sweet and kind as well. I'll definitely use Ellensburg Floral again to send him flowers (he LOVES plants and flowers). Side note...my son mentioned after he got the flowers and had called me that Ellensburg Floral is the BEST in town and that next time I visit him I need to check out their gift shop because it's really great. But why the problem in the first place ? I brought a difficult prescription to Pearl St. and they got it right the first time. I've had my new glasses for six months now and couldn't be more pleased.
