When I arrived, they were friendly and told me that they would be able to press my clothes quickly and that I could receive my items the next morning, which was my request. I was pleased that only a few hours later, I'd received a text that I could pick my things up. I did and I was pleased with the service. I will say that the cost for just having the items pressed was slightly more than I expected as I've gotten it done in New York for cheaper, but I've also paid comparable pricing. I would definitely utilize Jones Dry Cleaning again to have my clothes cleaned and/or pressed when I'm in Charlotte.
