[EDIT: They have a voice mail line, but you cannot reach a human.] All contact with them is through their app. If you leave a message on their app, they don't call back until the following business day. In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

I had to redo now two loads, defeating the purpose entirely. The cost was definitely not worth as I had to redo it twice. The costumer services was minimal almost inexistent. The most recent pick up, my shirt shrank considerably. I've had other instances where stains (almost bleach like) on 2 pick ups that ruined the clothes. Another instance I was charged around $60+ for a coat that had stains they said they'd removed, they were unable to remove them. Given the multiple mishaps, I will look for another place to have my clothes dry cleaned. At this point it became unacceptable.

I received garments still covered in lint and pet hair, and quite wrinkled. I just feel that when you bring something home from a dry cleaner shouldn't have to still lint roll and iron it. Also, they did not get the stains out that they assured me they would. For the cost, I just don't feel I can give them my business. However, they are really sweet people and do turn things around d very fast. So if you aren't expecting perfect, they may be a good option for you.
