I came here about a year ago due to good Yelp reviews. I used to be with Serenity Dental for at least 10 years. They were ok but I felt I could do better and I was right! The office is spotless and super clean. They have a much smaller waiting area but the lady working the front is super chill and doesn't act all busy and important. She chats and makes things unawkward. The hygientist Cassie was awesome and we chatted like we knew each other for years! She told me what she was doing or going to do and kept me informed. She took x-rays and used a tool to scrape off buildup of tartar and then cleaned my teeth. The dentist Dr. Won checked my teeth after. If you have an issue with any of your teeth she does not try to upsell you or force you to fix the issue UNLESS it gets to the point where it needs fixing. If say it doesn't hurt or isn't too bad, she just honestly tells you it can wait or can be done when it gets worse etc. Almost every other dental office I had prior would suggest work or deep cleanings that were questionable to say the least. When I moved to Natomas in 2004, before the days of Yelp, I chose Park Place Dental since it was the closest to home. Bad mistake. Fatal flaw. Absolutely the worst. Rude staff and upsell city, they even send in a closer if they suggest you have work done! I had a deep cleaning AND a crown that my later dentist disputed the need for. Astronomical quotes too. Lame. Lol. See their low Yelp rating to comprehend their jackassery! Anyways, I have Delta dental through my wife's work and they offer very good coverage. So Iam getting a filling that NEEDS to be done next month. Big difference than other dental offices. Iam more than satisfied with Ivory Dental and am so glad I switched! Top notch! read more

Search no more, Dr. Won should be your dentist! I've been to various dentist and it's genuinely hard to find a good one. I've been going to Dr. Won for 2 years even moved and came back to her office. She is honest, transparent and genuine. I went to a dentist in the Bay Area and they said I would need a crown for my chipped tooth ASAP, which I found out by Dr. won was not really a chipped tooth. Not to mention the front staff (Katie) is amazing, she has squeezed me in for last minute checkups various times! And Brittany the hygienist was very gentle when cleaning! I basically wasn't coming out of the dentist with a ton of cuts and blood! Overall, I'd highly recommend Ivory Dental, an honest place. read more

An amazing and ultra modern addition to the Natomas neighborhood. My FH and I needed to go into the dentist like nobody's business...I think we were both a little scared about visiting after a loooooong flossing hiatus. (Wow). I booked with Ivory Dental mostly because of the location and I was pleasantly surprised with what a great choice it turned out to be. I was surprised that both FH and I both love this place; he likes an aggressive, to the point, no chatting kind of cleaning, while I really want to be babied and have no pain while being treated. The dentists were really able to provide a personal experience. 1. Excellent office staff, they will get back to you via email or phone. Super prompt and can answer all questions. 2. Incredibly helpful when it came to insurance, FH and I have different benefits plans but they were able to serve both of us. They created a treatment plan so you know exactly how much you will be charged at every visit. 3. FLEXIBLE! We do not have time to go to the dentist during the week and this office is so fabulous that they schedule special Saturday sessions for us. 4.The office is modern and really on top of the latest technology. A 360-degree x-ray of your mouth that you can see the results on a computer screen while you sit, immaculate and well designed lovely surroundings, and a flat screen TV screen that you can watch any DVD that you bring in to help you relax. 5. If all those assets weren't enough, the dentists are friendly, fast, professional and will NOT judge you if you end up having a *few* cavities.... I was looking for a new dentist today and decided to drop by a couple of places and check them out. Went to Ivory Dental today at 11:45 AM and their Main doors were locked. The sign said they are closed for lunch between 12:00 and 1:00 PM but I was there 15 minutes earlier. I decided to come back after 1:00 and they were still closed with locked doors. My first priority with a dentist is integrity. I had a wonderful dentist who retired five years ago. I didn't stick with his replacement simply because they weren't a preferred provider on my insurance. I didn't feel like paying higher co-pays for a dentist I wasn't established with. This left me trying two previous dentists before Dr. Won. One said I needed three root canals/crowns, and another five root canals. They weren't even on the same teeth. Really... Both of those dentists also spent just a few minutes cleaning my teeth and paid scant attention to gum health. I'm 57 and still have some fillings from childhood, so do need some work beyond simple cleaning, but I'd like to stick to what I actually need, plus get solid precautionary advice about future dental needs. Dr. Won recommended much less work, and I could feel sensitivity in the areas where she recommends work. She was very gentle, but still thorough. Of course after my deferred dental work, the first thing I needed was a deep cleaning. I very much liked and respected Cassie, the hygienist. She's very friendly, thorough, and professional. I didn't catch the front office person's name, but she was also great. She's friendly and polite. My appointments have been on time. My co-pay has been clearly defined. I get text messages reminding me of appointments. Finding a really good dentist is hard. I absolutely recommend Dr. Won at Ivory Dental. read more

Location - in a small business park next to Max Fitness in North Natomas. When you get to the parking lot, the entrance is towards the main road. Office: The office is very clean and modern. They have the latest technology when it comes to teeth whitening, x-rays and tools. The waiting area is always stacked with current magazines for all ages. Appointments - I love the email appointment reminders! You can go to their website and book your appointment online. They also send a nice email on your birthday Service - Excellent. The staff is so personable and caring - they always remember key things about me! They are very friendly, inviting and genuine. They consistently give off this warm vibe and ensure their patients are comfortable. I enjoy catching up on movies here when watching DVDs during the exam. They are very good about explaining insurance coverage. I love how they are fast and efficient - the best part is the dentist keeping it real, in a nice way, bout my teeth! Kid friendly - Yes! It is non-intimidating environment and the staff is wonderful! Dr. Won is very sweet and patient with my daughter. She even got a free toothbrush for being a good patient! Score! Very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism at this dental office. I ALWAYS love a clean business (scuff marks on the walls and gum stuck to the floor..eww.) Not only that but they allowed me to pay for my filling on the next visit (I had a filling fall out because I went to the worst dental office to get it filled initially, SMILE CARE OF ELK GROVE *pukes in mouth a little*) they fit me in on a very busy day because I was in pain..Dentist was very polite and they have t.v.s at all seats while you wait=) They have some pretty cool upgraded gadgets (like new xray machines, and bite guards so when they are working in your mouth, you dont have to hold your mouth open forever..annoying!) Located adjacent to the Max Fitness in the small business park, this is a real gem. I have had the same dentist for my entire life but once I moved to Natomas, I didn't want to drive all the way out to Marconi and Watt to get my teeth cleaned so I looked for a new dentist up here. I had an adventure trying to find the location on my first go. As a tip- when you turn right off of Del Paso, make the very first right into the business park and it is the second to last building on the right. I spent ten minutes circling the buildings aimlessly searching for my dentist. The front desk area is very neat and the receptionist is very friendly. There's a TV in the front that plays kid friendly films, so I watched a couple minutes of Rio while I waited to be called back. I went to the back and had my teeth x-rayed and then went for my cleaning. As I got into the chair, the dental hygienist asked if the Wedding Planner was ok. I had no idea what she was talking about but said yes anyway. I have no idea why I didn't notice it but there was a moderately sized flat screen directly in front of me and as soon as she reclined me, the movie started up. Holy Mashed Potatoes, Batman! This is amazing! A movie while I get my teeth cleaned? I was definitely hesitant to go with a new dentist but after this, I was sold. The dentist came walked in when Jennifer Lopez and her "fiancee" go on the double date to the wedding reception location and examined my x-rays and teeth. At my previous dentist, he had noticed that there were a couple of teeth that were pre-cavity but he didn't want to fill them yet. After she looked at the x-rays, she thought that I should get them filled. I begrudgingly left the embrace of reclining chair mid-movie and went back out to the front to schedule the fillings. At my old dentist, we had to pay out of pocket for the service then get a reimbursement check from the insurance in a couple of weeks. Here there was no charge. Ivory Dental is the best dentist office I've ever been to. I'm often very nervous and anxiety ridden when it comes time to see the dentist, but Ivory is totally different. The whole staff is like one happy family and they really take the time to make you comfortable, welcome and happy. Both doctors here are great, with all the procedures I've had I never had any pain or complaints. Everything here is fast, easy and painless! I love this place. Between the hot receptionist and the hot helper this place was all right there was the Asian woman that was the dentist in this place. She was very sweet. The hot helper give me Netflix on a TV screen above me. When I was feeling uncomfortable she told me it was going to be ok and I believe her. As I was watching Netflix. I was being worked on. I had two fillings put in and I was feeling very uncomfortable. She made me feel like it was going to be ok. The dentist told me about how she likes to go camping. It was like getting your haircut and having the person to talk to you the whole time. She let me know I need to floss of course. And I told her I would. I now carry a thing of flaws in my desk at work. I have felt uncomfortable every other place I've ever been to. This is not the case here. If you normally feel uncomfortable going to the dentist. I suggest you check out Ivory Dental. These people know how to make you feel at home. I go there right after work and I haven't had a chance to brush my teeth. I asked him if I could use the restroom. There are toothbrushes and toothpaste in the restroom. So it works out for me. They are open till 5 I'm at a new job so it doesn't work for me to ask for time off. My appointments are usually around 4 or 430. So I get off at 3:30 and go straight there without having any issues. So if you've been dealing with an aggressive dentist and aggressive staff and making you feel uncomfortable. I haven't been to a dentist in years and I'm not one that takes very good care of my teeth. When I lost a very old filling from my youth I found this location to be very close to my house and well rated. The other raters are amazingly correct in their 5 stars! The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Won takes very good care of her patients and makes sure that you feel no pain while she does her work. They even remember your name when you walk in and you can watch Netflix while they work! Heck, the even remembered what show I watched the time I was there before.
