After texting the business, they were able to get us in for a same-day appointment AND at a special deal! We came in and were greeted by Kristen who set us up for all of our services. The compression boots were amazing, relaxing, and really helped breakdown lactic acid in our legs. I finished off my treatments with a session of cryotherapy. I came for a neck injury and all the staff here are nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Eugene, Christine, Chris, and Julia are all great to work with. I've worked with Riley, Christine, and David and all three have been fantastic. They've been knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and great at explaining the "why" behind the exercises and treatment plan. The office itself is also run extremely efficiently. Communication has been clear from day one, scheduling has been smooth, and honestly it just sets the golden standard for how a medical/therapy office should operate. The Limber Health app can be a little finicky at times, but that's obviously outside of the clinic's control. I still really appreciate having the assigned "homework" exercises between sessions because it helps keep progress moving forward outside the office. Overall, really solid experience so far and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone starting PT, especially if you're new to the process like I was.

Dr. Barrett figured out the issue BEFORE the colonoscopy (I regret having that $3,000 test done now). Anyway, they are very evidence based. They are also very transparent with their costs. Unfortunately, you cannot get this level of care with the way insurance prioritizes saving money through most plans. These type of packages are good for 3 months, so you'll have plenty of time to use up your credits. They're good for guests too! The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is also very clean. We've been back to Beem for their infrared social saunas and red light therapy. You can enjoy the social sauna with another person and you get about 40 minutes in the sauna and 15 minutes to shower. I like how it is very intimate and it's just you and your guest in one sauna room. They provide an iPad so you could play music and watch movies/tv shows while you're in there. If you decide to do an infrared sauna session and a red light therapy session, they provide you with either a wrap or a robe and a tote bag for your belongings, so it's easier for you to move from one room to another. It's definitely a cool experience and you do feel good after sweating out all the toxins from your body. I definitely recommend trying infrared sauna and red light therapy at least once and see how you like it.

I've had this type of treatment done once before but this experience topped it by a landslide. The energy of Beem right from the entrance is welcoming, peaceful, safe, and relaxing. The general manager, Abraham, was very warm and was great at explaining the treatments and benefits. He was very patient with us as we were newer to the services. All of the treatment rooms and the restrooms were very clean, aesthetic, and had great amenities. I loved the cold peppermint towel during the sauna especially and the totes they provide to carry your belongings was so cute! I would love to come back again next time I visit the Bay Area.

Having had very negative experiences with other local facilities in the past, we were honestly terrified to trust another rehab center. Thankfully, several people recommended Tampico, and what a difference this facility was. From the moment we walked in, the building felt clean, welcoming, and well cared for. Every staff member greeted us warmly and treated my mom with dignity and compassion during one of the most vulnerable times of her life. Her care team was wonderful. Her CNAs were Helen, Marie, and Romel. Her PTs were Mimi, Deepika, and Nicole, and her OT was Aarti. Her absolute favorites were Helen, Emiliano, and Aarti. The therapy team pushed her in all the right ways while also taking time to educate our family and encourage my mom throughout recovery. When my mom arrived, she could not even sit up independently. By discharge, she had improved dramatically and was strong enough to transfer to John Muir's intensive rehab program, which prior she didn't qualify for due to her level of weakness. Most importantly, we never once felt like her needs were ignored. The staff consistently responded with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The facility truly felt like a home away from home while still providing excellent rehabilitation care. The only complaint my mom had was the food, especially the fish meals, but she is also a very picky cook-from-scratch person. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Tampico team and would absolutely recommend this facility to families looking for compassionate, quality rehabilitation care.
