Ivy Crest Academy has treated my daughter Maya so good! She started at 16 months and has been loving it since. The teachers are true sweethearts and the staff is always attentive to the kids. My daughter has learned so much thanks to their curriculum and they've exposed the kids to a lot of fun activities throughout the year. My niece and daughter both went here together and enjoyed bonding daily because of the teachers. We're very sad to be leaving but we are beyond grateful as first time parents that this facility took such amazing care of my daughter! read more

My daughter was unenrolled by the Regional Director Kim Chevalier on 10.10.2024. My 2 year old daughter had attended the daycare for almost 2 years and my 9 year old daughter attended the summer program. I just want to start off by saying that this facility has gone through several staff changes in the last couple of weeks but I decided to stay here because I wanted to provide stability and finding childcare is not easy but staying was the worst mistake I could have made. I was called to pick up my daughter due to an incident with another child on 10.10.2024 When I arrived I asked to speak to Kim so that I could address some concerns. Right away you could feel she was not an approachable person. I began to explain to her that it was brought to my attention that my daughter was told "to pick up your mat and go with your other teacher I don't like rude little girls" because my daughter asked not to be touched. The teacher that witnessed it then said my daughter isn't rude she just doesn't prefer to be patted to sleep. Kim quickly became combative and said that it was just a rumor from the teacher and she doesn't tolerate gossip and that it wasn't true. She also stated that she didn't appreciate me writing bad fake reviews instead of coming to her. I advised her that i didn't know what she was referring to and if the review had my name or mentioned my daughter. She couldn't answer my question and got more hostile when I said that I feel like she is singling my child out. She then proceeded to accuse me of having an inappropriate relationship with the teacher outside the daycare and that the teachers sign a form prohibiting that. I asked, if me inviting several of the teachers along with other children to my daughter's birthday party was an issue? Kim said NO. Kim proceeded to say she would be withdrawing my daughter from the facility because she doesn't think we are a good fit. I then said why because i addressed a concern that one of the teachers said a rude comment to my daughter and my daughter now feels uncomfortable around her teacher and now she's not a good fit. I asked why she was being unprofessional, hostile, and rude when all i'm doing is being a concerned mother who is advocating for her daughter. I asked her why my daughter is not welcomed and she proceeded to say i wasn't welcomed and told me to leave the premises. I let her know that i would be contacting corporate and reporting her. She responded to me by threatening me stating any false information is subject to legal action. I said that's fine because she had just falsely accused me of writing a bad review and is withdrawing my child for no reason. When my daughter's dad went to collect the rest of her belongings because i left in such a rush and i was honestly scared to go back after being in a verbal altercation with Kim, he asked for withdrawal paperwork that states why they were unenrolling our child and asked if there was a phone number for someone higher up. He was told that there wasn't any paperwork and there isn't anyone higher up to report her to other than the corporate number and didn't know why he would go back to the facility. They quickly deleted both of our access to view any of my daughter's procare and blocked me on Facebook. I have never experienced this level of disrespect let alone from a child care service provider all because i voiced my concern and advocated for my child. Her main focus was covering up her staffs inappropriate behavior. We as parents are our children voices!! It is our job to protect them and advocate for them. We select child care centers to help guide and care for our children while we are at work and entrust that they are in good hands. Kim is the regional director who oversees 3 daycare facilities in san antonio. I don't believe that your child is safe here. I don't want to imagine what Kim will do once she realizes whose parent wrote the bad review. read more

I attended this daycare and would have been class of 2016 (not sure when I started want to say maybe 2011?) and honestly, hadn't realized the importance of what happened to me until now as I'm getting older. I don't remember a lot as it's been over a decade but, what I know is that place has left severe emotional trauma on me. What I remember is one of my preschool teachers who wore this bold lipstick and used to kiss children on the face and leave kiss marks that would sometimes look like bruises . But that's besides the point. Anyways, as I was saying this teacher who like I said couldn't tell you her name because I don't remember never seemed to like me. I was definitely a problem child in her eyes and always put up a fuss. One day, I remember this lady telling me and a few other students about the Mexican legend of the El Cucuy. She then went into extreme and unnecessary detail of this monster and what it would do to each and every one of us. I remember me asking "what would the cucuy do to me..?" And her replying "The Cucuy would rip your ears off and eat them, and then puke on you because you're too nosey and like to get into other people's business." Obviously being a 4 year old this terrified me. But she didn't stop there, she then continued to find her smart phone and look up a photo of what I assume to be the Cucuy in someone's bed puking on them. As a 4 year old, I obviously believed this. And because of this, till this day I can only fall asleep unless I have one ear resting on my pillow and another ear covered by a blanket. Obviously now, being 14 I know that this monster isn't real but despite that, I cant bring myself to fall asleep unless both ears are fully covered. So, that's my story. Do I have a way to prove this is true? No. It's been too long at this point and either way, I've moved on from this. But, I took the time to write this review out because even if this lady who worked here 10 years ago doesn't work here anymore, this establishment could have easily hired someone just like her. I honestly don't want another child to have to go through what I as a 4 year old little girl went through due to the staff at this learning academy. A parent's worst nightmare is when you finally trust someone enough to place your child under their care--and then they come home with bruises on their body only after 2 days. What's worse? When we brought this up to their attention, management denied responsibility, said that their daycare isn't the best place for my child, and then attempted to charge us $217 for the 2 days she was there. I have been a stay-at-home mom for ~1.5 years. I dreaded having to put our child in daycare due to the stories I hear in the news. Kids R Kids Deerfield had in-classroom security cameras. That's what placed them at the top of our list when searching for daycare for our 15 month old daughter. I figured we can keep an eye out on her anytime we wanted. For the first 2 days at Kids R Kids Deerfield, we did exactly that. I, my husband, and my sisters would log in throughout the day to watch my daughter. There is at least someone watching at all times. Plus, it was our first experience with daycare. We were trying to ease our anxieties. We had the typical transition issues with eating, adjusting, frequency of diaper changes, weaning off the bottle. Some issues were fixed right away when I approached the front desk or the staff, but some where not. Day 2 was a bit rougher for my daughter. She started off the day being fussy from being dropped off. Her notes on the app stated that she was removed from the table due to her throwing food (out of anger). On the cameras, it looked like the staff was struggling with getting her to sit still. Quite a bit of resistance and struggle was taking place between my daughter and the staff. I told my husband that I noticed they were being a little rough with her today. He agreed. During nap time, they also had a hard time getting her to lay down for a nap. This time, I noticed a staff member dragging her up to the mat several times. I was told later on that she was screaming and so they had to give her the bottle to nap. At pickup, I approached the "Assistant Director" and addressed my concerns with the roughness I saw on camera. I told her I did not want to assume I knew what was happening, but I will continue to monitor the next couple of days and see. That night when we bathed our daughter was when we saw what seem like handprint marks on my daughter's sides--from the side over to her ribs. It looked like they gripped her really hard--enough to where it was bruising (which started to yellow in some areas the next day). I immediately emailed the directors email address that night. After several follow-up calls and emails the next day, I received an email stating that management has reviewed the camera footage and they did not witness any roughness. They denied everything, told us that their daycare is not the right place for my child, and "only charge" us a part time fee of $217 for 2 days she was there. I filed a police report that night. Where are we on this incident? They finally wiped out the fee after I mentioned that we will not be paying--that they violated their own policy when their staff used excessive force trying to discipline my child because she would not sit or lay still. They are still in denial that their staff did anything to my daughter. They gave me the whole spill about "oh, we don't know what happened after you picked her up" or her marks were probably from her "hurting herself" or it may have been "bug bites, etc." Typical denial statements, right?! My daughter does not bruise easily and we have held her down many times for immunizations and diaper changes, but never have left a mark on her body due to restraining her. It frustrates me to think how hard they must've handled her to leave those bruises. Be extremely careful when choosing Kids R Kids Deerfield. My case wasn't the only one where they decided to kick the child out of their daycare due to parents bringing up issues or concerns. That seems to be the way things are handled there. My husband and sisters know what we saw on camera. We know what we saw on our daughter's body. They can deny it all they want, but I will make sure everyone knows what happened--dismissing their staff's mishandling and abuse of a child, their lack of professionalism when handling concerns from worried parents, and how they try to turn it around and blame you or something else for your child being injured under their care. Childcare costs are high enough. For some of us, it's half our paychecks. We deserve to feel that our child is in safe hands when we drop them off. Don't bring your child here. If you ignore my review, at least be prepared to not bring up concerns about anything. If you do, start looking for another daycare--they will give you the "...we feels like this isn't the best place for your child to attend" line. Those were their exact words. Daycare was always a scary thing for us as new parents to experience. I did SO MUCH research and interviewed so many places and krk Deerfield truly popped out with their reviews, low employment turnover, inspections, certifications, cleanliness, security and over all energy . It was extremely hard at first leaving our newborn with anyone not family. I would call and watch the cameras, and message them almost every moment I could. They were truly patient. with my husband and I and helped with any issue, concern or just a clarification to make the experience better than great. I have a very high expectation for the teachers and all managers when it comes to babies and so far they have met all the views I have. Daycare is not an easy choice for some but this location makes it feel that my baby is comfortable with her surroundings and the teachers are amazing with her. When I log on I see how they interact with the babies and they never leave anyone out , my baby has a smile when she sees her teachers and that's what makes me feel better every time we bring her to her classroom. Also, this location is very interactive with the families and very secure when it comes to people they don't know! They seem to follow policy and they put the kids first and that's how it should be. They communicate very well with us as parents when they or the baby needs anything. I love how I can view their inspections and corrections (if needed) online. I never knew exactly how bad this place was until we finally made the decision to enroll our child in a different center. WOW. If the other place didn't have such a long wait list we would have been out of there 8 months sooner. I feel terrible that I subjected our kid to this place for such a long time. Our child was enrolled at kids r kids (Bitters) for a little over a year and a half. First off, the director is a nincompoop and really didn't care about any of the feedback we provided - we paid decent money for their child care($950+ per month)and simple things seemed like such a chore. Every week my baby would come home with the absolute worst diaper rashes. We would ask if they could please check more often and apply cream between diapers. However, it never seemed to happen - my poor kid was obviously hanging around in shit diapers 24/7. I honestly think it would get marked as changed on their app but it really wasn't. Changing diapers is BASIC when it comes to taking care of infants/young children. If caretakers really gave two shits (pun intended) about the kids they were taking care of they would do it often. They don't and lie that they are. Diaper changing was just the tip of the iceberg. Having cameras in their facilities is really a double edge sword. It's what initially drew me in because I could see what was going on and monitor. But because I could see what was happening I could see first hand all of the ridiculousness that would go on. On several occasions I left work early solely because I felt the need to pick up my child due to neglect. I've seen kids (infants) left in bouncers and swings for over an hour crying the entire time. Other times I've seen kids just plain crying with no one to hold them or let alone give them the time of day. One of the most frustrating things however was the constant switching of kids and teachers from room to room. They do this to meet state ratios and to send teachers home early so the center could save a few bucks on the very low hourly wage they pay their caretakers. As a parent I pay good money for my kid to be there, you should do the same for your caretakers. Don't continually shift staff around to kids they are not very familiar with so you can save a couple bucks. You're pissing parents off and stressing staff out. Why would I want someone unfamiliar with my child looking after them? Especially when separation anxiety is so prevalent at a young age. Kids also NEVER go outside. There's a small playground for the littles but if they do get to use it, they spend no more than 15 mins out there and go back inside...where they stay the entire rest of the day. Also...be wary of positive reviews that you may see online. I've seen them organize raffles for $25/50 gift cards for parents who post reviews online and email those reviews to mgt. Now they never indicated it had to be positive but who is going to post something negative and email it over to the director? I'm sorry but bribing your clients for good reviews is deceitful to those shopping around and kind of a grimy tactic. The one thing I could say positive are the rooms are generally pretty clean. The facility is also nice. But don't judge a book by its cover, it doesn't make up for bad managing and policy. However, having a clean space is important and they seem to keep it tidy. My recommendation is to look elsewhere. I'm so much happier at our new place (it's also comparable in price) and so is our child. I would constantly leave my child crying when dropping off at Kids R Kids and my gut had been telling me to unenroll for a long time. It's been such a great decision for our family to do so. I'm only disappointed in myself for not doing it sooner. read more

Kids r kids at deer field is one of the best daycares in this area. They have a security system with a locked door and code as well as a code to log each kid in and out- so double! Each person working the desk at the front do Ana amazing job of identifying and knowing every kid and their parents and acknowledging them as you come and go. This ensures they know who is taking who at all times. The teachers have some minimal turnover, but there are some amazing teachers here that have been here for a long time (miss Lisa and miss pam are amazing!!!) Every person you pass by knows our daughters name and acknowledges us. They keep everything clean and do a great job of engaging the kids at all times. They give a great variety of foods and help each kid grow at their own rate. Love this place!!!! read more

Being a first time mom, putting our daughter in daycare was not an easy choice. We looked at so many daycares before deciding on Kids r Kids. They checked every box on our long list and made me feel good about this decision. Every morning they greet her by name and you can tell she is genuinely happy to see them. My oldest son went to Kids R Kids since 2016, he likes this school, and he couldn't stop talking about his friends in school, singing the song he learned, telling the stories he listened. Right now his litter brother went there too. Their classrooms next to each, they can see each other if they wanted. Kids R Kids also has the camera, which allows us to find out what they are doing during the day. All the teachers are very nice to the kids; they can all calling kids' name even the teacher are not teach that room. read more

I love kids R kids. It is amazing to have cameras to see what the kids are up to during the day. The teachers are loving and very caring with my children and myself. I have been comfortable talking to them about any concerns I have and they have always addressed them in a timely manor. My 3.5yr old has amazed me with what she has learned there. She loves practicing writing her name and regularly ask my husband and I if we know what fish (or another word) starts with. Then she sounds it out and tells us the letter. They have made learning very enjoyable for her. She loves the dance instructor that comes in on Tuesday. Their education program is very good my kids have started learning so much since they started. The only issue is that it's pricey and they ask us to provide diapers and cream. As first time parents, we were nervous about putting our child in daycare. We have been very fortunate to have found Kids R Kids, though. When initially touring the daycare/school, we were blown away with everything offered, from their security to the various programs. With our child now attending, we enjoy being able to check in with their cameras, having teachers just a message away, and all the cool crafts they send home with our child. Beyond all that, all of the teachers have been just great with taking care of our child and having a constant line of open communication with us. We have 2 children at Kids R Kids (3 yr old and newborn room). We feel they are taken care of very well. Really like how they are communicating during the pandemic and taking safety seriously. Taking temperatures at the door, no parents inside the building, teachers in baby room wearing masks, and eating in classroom instead of cafe right now. We use the video to check in throughout the day on the app -- it includes classrooms, cafe, playgrounds. Easy to communicate with teachers through the app. Director is amazing! Our grandson has been at this facility for the last 2 years (he just turned 3). We started him here because my wife broke her arm and could no longer care for him at home, but we kept him there after she recovered because it is a great place for him to be. The teachers all clearly love kids, as do the front office staff. While my grandson is a boy and hence can be a bit "energetic" from time to time (i.e., all the time), most of the teachers have been able to handle him without breaking a sweat. I have also been happy with the learning environment at this facility. Last, when our family recently underwent a loss, the staff there reached out and helped support us; this is above-and-beyond what I would expect from any child care facility, and shows that they truly care about the families they serve. read more

We've had our son at KRK Deerfield for about a year now. As a first-time parent, I was very nervous at first about sending my 3-month-old to daycare. Over time, I've gotten to know the staff, and they truly care about your child. Miss Lisa, in particular, helped me through so many milestones my child was going through that I didn't know how to handle - she offered advice when I asked for it, and shared in joys when my son crawled, for example, or cut his first tooth. She is an absolute wonderful teacher, and I was sad when my child moved on to the next classroom. The front staff all know my name and my son's name, and we like the events they hold like the Halloween Parade and the Thanksgiving Family Lunch and the Scholastic Book Fair! If you are nervous about sending your child to daycare, I recommend KRK because they have cameras that you can log into at any point throughout the day, and they diligently track notes on a digital app. I can easily see what's going on throughout the day. read more

My daughter has attended Kids R Kids since she was 14 weeks old. I have been very impressed with many aspects of this facility. The teachers are kind and really prioritize getting to know the children. Everyone that works here knows my daughter's names and says hello to her when she is dropped off and says good bye when she leaves. It has a very friendly feel. There have been a couple times that I have had small concerns and they were addressed quickly by the director. The building is very clean and kept up well. A small draw back is that children are shuffled to a new room on some days near the end of the day (around 4 pm). I would prefer they stay in their assigned room throughout the whole day. read more

No active director running the facility, increase in fees without prior notice. Punish older kids by making them go outside for talking during snack time. My daughter had a choking incident they refused to document, she passed out while choking on a piece if bacon and a parent stepped in, slapped her back until piece of bacon dislodged. They DID NOT NOTIFY ME and told my husband she had a small choking incident but that she is fine. Avoid this place!! Horrible daycare!!! The "teacher" to child ratio is the worst here. My child was constantly getting hurt or "had an accident". I'm sure it's because classes are always combined because the owner can't keep any teachers. The teachers are so overwhelmed. There is absolutely no curriculum here. We were constantly looking to which classroom our child should go to or where we should pick them up from. Most of the time 3-4 classrooms would be combined and there would be one teacher watching 15 or more kids. Always chaos. I feel sorry for the staff. The owner is awful and has no scruples. Do not put your child here. There are to many other daycare options in San Antonio for this place to think they can continue the bulling behavior the owner utilizes on parents. read more

My son has been at Kids R Kids on W. Bitters for 2 yrs and he loves it! It was originally supposed to be a temporary stop while we were on a waiting list, but they quickly had us changing our minds. The teachers take the time to know each of their kids, the staff is always courteous, and the facility is kept clean. Since we started attending, they have constantly worked to improve the school with new programs like spanish classes and soccer camps. My son has learned a lot, and more importantly, I trust that he is getting the best possible care while I'm at work from teachers and staff who are truly interested in what is best for the kids. read more

I absolutely adore Kids R Kids on Bitters. My daughter has been attending since she was 10 weeks old and I could not be happier with her care. The facility is beautiful, cheerful, and extremely clean. But most of all, I want to praise her teachers. She has transitioned from the Newborn room, to the Infant room, and now on to the Toddler room. During her time in each room, she never experienced a teacher turnover. All of her teachers have been loving and knowledgeable. Being a first time mom, I often sought their advice on baby issues such as, feeding, teething, and sleep patterns. Also, I love the online camera feed. I login often during the day and view my daughter's playing and schedule. One of the things I love the most about KRK is the fact that whenever I login, I witness the teachers on the floor with the kids engaging and teaching. I never feel like she is left alone. My son has been with Kids R Kids for over a year, and I have had a very positive experience. I chose Kids R Kids over many other locations I visited based on cleanliness, cameras and on staff I met during my walk through. We started off in the baby room and I could not have been more happy. I am an overbearing mom and use to watch the cameras for sometimes hours and never saw my son be neglected actually quite opposite very doted on. Ms. Diana is AMAZING! We moved to the toddler room and once again Ms. Analey and Ms. Pam are a gift from above. I receive constant photos, whenever I do look at the cameras they are always reading or doing an activity with the children. In regards, to the front Ms. Amber (who is now the regional director or something of the sorts) and Ms. Adriana are also awesome. I have personally witnessed them receiving the children off the school bus and asking how their day was and listening attentively to each child. They seem to me very invested in the children. I feel Ms. Amber and Ms. Adriana listen to the children and parents. They also hold family events regularly. I have read the other reviews and that has not been my experience at all. If your looking for childcare come on over and see for yourself. I am a super protective and overbearing mother, my son would not be here if I didn't believe they were great, he was safe and well taken care of. read more

We have been so pleased with our experience at Kids R Kids. We selected Kids R Kids at the last minute when our original child care plans fell through, and now we are so glad we did. My oldest has been there for 2.5 years and our baby will be starting soon. The staff have all been great and truly care about the children and their growth and development. The director is always available and addresses concerns promptly and with a positive attitude. My daughter has learned so much here. She sings songs, knows her ABCs and counts to 20. Even other family members have commented as to how impressed they are with her education and development. She also loves going to school and seeing all of her friends and teachers every day. We have a 4 year old, 3 year old and two month old at Kids r Kids and have been with them since the older ones were babies. Our kids always have a smile on their face when I pick them up - even the baby! All of the teachers here are great but our kids have the best of the best. Miss Janelle, Miss. Our child has been attending Kids R Kids for over three years. She started at just 12 weeks and is now nearly 3.5 years. We feel that the infant rooms are wonderful and the kids are taken care of. The toddler rooms however are a nightmare. Because of their inability to properly staff the rooms, kids are constantly being sent to other rooms for state ratio purposes making it very difficult to get any structure in place. In addition, I have caught teachers surfing their phones and ignoring the children. During the process of going through multiple teachers, we would express concerns with the Director, who asked us to let her work through the issues and assured us that she was working on a solution. During the past year, some of the teachers have informed us that the owners are "cheap" and will not invest in the school. For example, the toy sanitation system has not been working for years and the two, yes, only two student learning computers are not working. Past teachers also told us that their paychecks were returned NSF. My biggest complaint is that leadership from the administration is lacking the skills to run this establishment. Communication with the teachers is lacking therefore when they do start splitting up the classes you are sent on a goose chase to try to find out where you are supposed to leave your child. Today, there was no one in my daughters class, but I saw one of the boys from her class in the next room. I poked my head through the door and asked the teacher if she was supposed to be in there, and she said "no, her class is in "hatch", so we went over to the hatch space only to be told that her class is not there. After several attempts to find the right class, the front desk person takes us back to the first class I poked my head in and asked the teacher where my daughter's class was...the teacher said "with me". What???!!!! Then she says that my daughters class is split and she doesn't know where the other half of the class is. When she is told to take my daughter she very reluctantly agreed. Sure...this is exactly the environment I want to leave my child in. One where she is not wanted, and where the room is over the state allowance (while they try to keep the ratios accurate, due to staffing, they are unable to). Very frustrated I left, with my child. They did offer to keep her up front (what???!!!). My husband had to take off work to take care of her so that I could get my work completed. When I asked to withdraw her because of the last 8 months of problems that we have tried to be patient through, I was told I needed to keep her there for a two week notice. In addition, I was told that they are aware of how unhappy the teachers are and that I should wait so they can work out their issues. They even told me they brought someone in from a different location to help. So yes, they are aware of the problems, but no....we have to suffer through them. Or, like we are, having to pay $450 (2 weeks of tuition) to get out of the situation. Who wants to put their child in an un-functional environment? I would strongly reconsider sending or keeping your child here. The lack of leadership and owner support is very evident and its the children, parents and teachers that end up paying the price. read more

There are plenty of better child care options in San Antonio - don't even bother with Kids R Kids. The facility is run more like a heartless business than a educational facility that you'd expect to care for your children. There's an extremely high rate of turnover for the teachers and there's a complete lack of structure, consistency and basic communication between staff and parents. They also do a very poor job at keeping the bathroom facilities clean, particularly where the kids are learning to use the potty. The majority of the staff are very cold and unwelcoming and seem to have very little interesting in children, let alone their well being. This is a business end of story. They are more interested in promoting their image/brand and uniforms than they are concerned with the level of care they provide. There's no parent teacher conferences. No check-ins. No notifications if your kids are low on supplies. No record of medicine required for your child. The staff are also very short with the children and rude at times. They don't seem to know what they are doing at all when it comes to toddlers. They are confused and lack any leadership, strategy or knowledge when it comes to dealing with small children. I would expect people that work here to be much more passionate about children than these people who are looking for "a job" to pay the bills working for an employer that is clearly overly concerned with their brand and less so with the level of care and concern for the children that attend. I only wish we would have pulled out kids out sooner - we are both working professionals and it took awhile for us to clue into the poor program being run here. Don't follow our mistake! read more

I initially chose this place due to the security system that they have on site and that I am able to see my child throughout the day. So far the experience has been good. The front desk are eager to assist with any concerns that may arise. They greet my child by name anytime she comes in, even when my child is grumpy every morning. I feel they may need to have a smaller child to teacher ratio because at times when I peak in I only see one caregiver to so many children who are either wrestling each other or climbing things that they shouldn't. Have addressed these concerns to the staff and since I have seen new faces along with old faces that they are working to keep the environment safe for these children. Have only had my child at this daycare for about 3 months and with the improvements that they showing she may be here longer than the last daycare she was at! Oh, and they do give you a military discount for those of you who are in the military! I look forward to what my child learns as she grows. read more

My 2 children have been attending this school for 3 years and adore the staff and it's facilities. I personally enjoy dropping off my children everyday knowing they are in great hands plus the fact that I can watch them in real time at any point at any location of the school if I miss them. Our baby has been enrolled at Kids R Kids on Bitters Road since he was 3 months old (he is now 18 months) and we are so happy we chose this school... from day one, the staff have been professional, personable, and keep us updated on our baby's progress and development. During a long day at work, I can always check on the live video cameras and can see my son at any time. It makes my day and helps me feel connected to him. The staff send frequent updates via the Tadpole app and even sometimes pictures and videos. We are so impressed with our son's social, verbal (including baby sign language), and physical development. We can tell that he is truly happy and the teachers and staff really care about the kiddos! His wall in his room at home is completely full of art projects that he has completed in the past year and my husband and I also love the Saturday date nights that the school offers. It's so wonderful to be able to have a night out just us or with friends knowing that our son is getting excellent care at a place we know and trust.
