I do NOT recommend Americas Painters Pro. Gabrial and Mayra were very unprofessional, they don't…read morestand behind their work or quotes, and perform subpar work. They don't even honor the pricing and details in their quote. I specifically asked if demo and haul away as I was comparing his quote to another one I received and he CONFIRMED that it was included. Well, after he removed all the carpeting and stored it on my patio, he asked if I would be removing the trash myself or if I wanted to pay him an extra $500 to do so. I reminded him that it was included in his quote. He denied it despite being in writing. I even had a witness to the conversation and Gabriel and Mayra still would not honor that. They lack integrity and don't stand behind their word or written documentation! Besides, they constantly try to find ways to nickel and dime you in other areas. Also, they removed toilets to install flooring and then claimed to not be plumbers and told me that I could hire one of his friends to install them. Why even remove them if you are not a plumber and include that in the process & price. That is ridiculous to return home to seeing flooring installed and NO TOILETS!! Your home should be returned to its original working position not left worse. I won't even get into how surplus supplies I purchased came up missing! When painting, he wanted to remove ceiling fans and lights rather than taping fixture. I became suspicious when he kept asking if I wanted to keep the ceiling fans - these were BRAND NEW ceiling fans. Of course, I want to keep them. Cover and protect them like most painters when you perform your work. There is no reasons to throw away fixtures to paint. Real painters know how to work around fixtures and properly cover them. Then this company is GREEDY! They claim to be able to do any remodeling work including flooring. Well, this work is totally INFERIOR, and they are expensive compared to contractors that actually do quality work. They don't have trained floor people. Gabriel picks up day laborers with no expertise and then thinks he can tell them how to install the floors. Well, the flooring was installed at my properly improperly leading to MULTIPLE air pockets in different places with the most extreme issue being a board coming completely out of the floor!! Since America's Painters Pro "guarantee" their work and tell you to call back with any issues, I called them only to find out that it is a LIE!! When contacted, Gabriel claimed to be in Oklahoma working and never offered to correct the work, send someone to correct the work, or offer to cover the cost of me hiring someone else to correct his shoddy work. Mayra who really runs the show was rude (and this is a nice way to describe her) and claimed the foundation must have shifted without ever seeing the work and has no experience as a structural engineer. This claim was ridiculous!! I was forced to hire another contractor to correct Gabrirel's shoddy work. During the quote process, other contractors said the flooring was improperly installed with many of the laminate boards not being installed flush to the floor or interlocked/connected which later caused air pockets to form and the flooring to raise up completely! Gabriel and Mayra will promise you the world but then do NOT stand behind their work, are rude, and lack integrity. Customer service and quality work are not part of their business standard! RUN don't walk away from this company for any of your work. They need to drop Pro from their company name because they are definitely not professional in any capacity. Read ALL the reviews carefully because many of them are FAKE! In fact, on one website, Mayra pretends to be a customer and write a review about how great the company did her kitchen cabinets! Fake reviews?? Really....again AVOID them at all costs. Their standard is low and prices are high! It will cost you time, money, and peace if you deal with America's Painters Pro! If I could give them ZERO stars I would but that is not an option!

They arrived on the right day with a text notification ahead of time.
