I have searched high and low for the most perfect nail technician. I have been to about a dozen and I can say that Tran and her husband is the best. They are very nice and very accommodating. The price for the service and care that you get is very very reasonable. You don't feel rushed, everything is done with so much care and precision. The salon is smaller but very clean. I have found my salon and will no longer experiment with others. The quality of my nail polish is the best. I showed her the design I wanted and is even better. She took the time to really clean and shape each nail. My polish is flawless. My pedicure was so relaxing. It comes with the spa chair and scrub plus a wonderful massage. Honestly, so many nail salon would charge more for this. But it was only 17. The gel with massage was the best I've had. Wow. I'm very surprised this place has such high ratings when I had the crappiest experience. To begin, the nice lady (which I believe is the owner) started peeling my gel off with her own nails. I've NEVER had that done before at any nails salon. I winced a few times which prompted her to go about the right way which is soaking the cotton balls with alcohol and leaving it on my nails. BUT she re-used the same alcohol soaked cotton balls on both hands (how much is a cotton ball.. $0.0000001???). Anyways, she told me she had another appointment and called her husband to hurry down to finish my nails. The husband came and started applying the gel polish on my nails. He couldn't keep the gel polish on my nail plate and it went off to the sides of my fingers as well as the fingertips and even To the back of my fingers!! I looked at him astonished and asked if he can clean it up. His response? "Oh it'll come off after a few washes on your hand." The He starts picking off The polish with his own fingernails!! To make matters worse, the last layer of clear gel went over my nail plate to The side of my fingers and I had to tell him to fix it (again)! I've never had my fingers scraped by a "professional manicurist" with his/her nails before..tell me, is this normal? Good thing for yelp.. they didn't even offer a discount at the end and I still left a tip. I fumed out of the salon knowing I would tell my fellow Yelpers this awful experience. Some clients been telling me that they've been going to same nail technician for more than 15 years and she finally has her own salon and advised me to go do my nails there but as you all know the covid been causing some business to close and that happened to this salon. They finally opened again and i went straight from work. Tran and Tim really took care of me and keep checking to make sure my mani n pedi look great and pretty.
