I would give no stars but it's not possible. Nancy was my nail technician she did a decent job on my French pedicure but baby let me tell you she just gangstered me out of $25. I ask for a color change on my hands which she started to do but I asked for White. She started with a see through pink and mentioned that she thought I wanted French, No, I didn't. Then we tried French which was horrible as far as the lines for the tips so I said let's just go with all white. She did . Charged me , I left out and little red dots started to appear on my nails omw to the car. I returned immediately into the salon showed her and asked her to just give me clear coat. She said yes and that she didn't know where the red dots where coming from. After everything was done I asked for my money back and she said it was $25 for a clear coat because it was no chip. Girl! You just fucked me up twice and still had the nerve to charge me, ok. I went to Ivy Nails to have acrylics removed. My normal shop was booked and since I wasn't having anything special done, I went to the closest salon. After leaving Ivy Nails, I will never return. My nails were left paper thin and bleeding. Without soaking my nails first, they attempted to take the acrylics off by shoving a tip underneath the fake nail. After exclaiming multiple times that this hurt me she finally soaked and filed them only to return to shoving an acrylic tip under them. I finally told her just to leave them because they were bleeding and were to the nail bed half way up my nail. DO NOT GO HERE. I left crying and another customer asked me if I was okay. read more

Horrible experience at this place. Went to go eat my nails done for a engagement part. Asked for a French and it came out horrible. They guy was hurting my fingers an I had to pull my hand back multiple times due to pain, however he isn't care and continued to be rough. I was bleeding and in pain. I came home and was in absolute disappointment. I went back and the boss took take of me but still ended up charging me $10 more to redo the nails. Went in for a mani/pedi. The young lady that did the pedi did a great job until it came time for the polish. I asked for clear, and she only put on the base coat. For the mani, I asked for acrylic/gel in a french manicure. they put on the white tips, which I don't mind, but if I'm not mistaking, they show not be 1/2 of the nail. The people were kind, but in all consciousness, I cannot recommend this establishment. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for almost two years and I've never had an issue with their no chip. In fact, their no chip is by far the longest lasting no chip I've ever got. Terrible. Where do I begin? My boyfriend and I went in to get manicures and I got a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. My nail technician was rough on my feet, got annoyed when I asked the pricing of services, and was bothered when I asked her not to use the scraper on my feet. My boyfriend's technician was rushed (no one was waiting) and abrasive. When I went to get eyebrows done the sheet covering the waxing chair was dirty and had other people's hair all over it. The woman didn't understand that I didn't want oil used on my eyebrows and then missed several hairs that I later plucked myself. While getting my nails done, the owners daughter was in and out of the door, playing with two other girls while her dad (the owner) was yelling at her to stop. She was also riding her bike around the shop. Furthermore, there is a cot in the shop for her to sleep (why isn't it in the back room?). The shop is extremely dusty and dirty. I will never return. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. read more

It was a horrible service. I wanted matte nails. The nailtechnician wanted to leave so bad she did my nails fast and sloppy. The coating of the color was horrible. When she cut my cuticles it was fast and I had some cuts. She quickly applied the matte nail polish and in some spots it was really bad. My mother and I went in for manicures two days ago for my wedding that's in a few days, I have been growing my nails out so I could have my natural nails and avoid acrylics, well I asked the lady to just shape them and she got so busy between me and a pedicure she was doing that she completely took off all my nails, then she filed my nails all the way to the skin my fingers are so sore and hurt because they are so short. Then my polish job wasn't done good so I asked her to pick a few spots (one finger was half painted, one was blotchy and two had black spots on them.) so when I asked her to fix them she asked me why do my nails look like that and I said because that's how you painted them and then she told me to leave! I asked for her name and she refused. My mothers nails were polished terrible. She had nail polish all over her fingers like a 5 year old painted them. When I called the next day to state my complaint the lady who when I asked what her name was told me she will not tell me her name told me it will be 25 to fix my manicure and when I asked why I need to pay 25 to fix a 12 dollar manicure she told me "I don't know what the fuck to I want me to do" and hung up. The fact that I had a mind set of what I wanted and what I left with was two completely different things, really upset me. I first walked in and was greeted which started off on the right foot but went to the left food sooner than I had expected. When I was getting my nails done, the guy didn't care if he was hurting me or not and even if I pulled my hand back to clearly show distress, the grip nor pressure changed. As I tried to ignore this, my eyes began to wonder around this place. I noticed a bucket that large pickles would be in but instead, it was gloves shoved into there that were used and they were lugging it around the pedicure station. It was really alarming and concerning because I don't even know if it was actually gloves or not. I continued to look around and there was just a dusty, dirty feel to the place. I glare back at my nails to see the process and you know when you freshly open a new nail file? And how there is a pink side for gripping and a black side that is the actual file? Well, this man used this on me and the black, file part was COMPLETELY white due to all the nails that had been filed with this. Utterly disgusting. Now to painting my actual nail, the pricing board said that they had marble effect and that's what I was going for but the guy who was doing my nails had told me he didn't do that. So I was upset. Now, he painted my nails horrible, only two coats and usually that does the job but it was really thin so it could of used two and when I asked for a third coat he refused and told me that he couldn't do that. I was confused and upset. Then I accidentally smudged one of my nails and he didn't even bother to fix it, he just said that i messed up and put it past him. Needless to say, if you're trying to find a good nail place, this isn't the place for you!! read more

The worst experience from a nail salon I ever had. I was there for 2 hours. I received my pedi in a timely manner from an older gentleman. My feet hurt today. He scrubbed too hard. Anyway, he took me over to the table and told me, someone would be with me soon. There was a lady who does the maintenance. She took my polish off earlier. And now was bringing over a bowl to soak. I was soaking for so long I had to remove my fingers...pruning. This other lady finally came over to work on my nails, and ended up bouncing back and forth between another client and me. Two other girls finished up with their clients and proceeded to get people that had been waiting. They could have finished me up. After all, I was there before them. No, instead I get to wait on the lady bouncing around. Lucky me! No tip for her. I will NEVER go back. I suggest, people never enter their doors. read more

Ivy's husband was so rude to me because i asked him to correct a crooked nail he put on, he yelled at me and told me to leave when i asked to cancel the fullset service after he refused to do the nail over, Moreover IVY refused to take it off as well instead she spent 20 minutes removing all the nails.
