The pedicure pricing seemed accurate. The express pedicure was $30, with an additional $15 charge for gel, which still feels excessive. Beyond the pricing, we felt rushed throughout the appointment, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was very little communication or customer service during the visit. Had I been there when my grandmother paid, I absolutely would have questioned the pricing, especially after looking up the pricing on their website. Given the lack of transparency and the unusually high charges, it genuinely felt like she was taken advantage of.

I can understand a slight shade difference, but I chose a soft peach coral and got a bright tangerine orange. If the supplier changed the color, then the salon should have updated the color wheel. I get both plain and gel nails, and they have a nice large selection of colors.
