Beyond the pricing, we felt rushed throughout the appointment, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was very little communication or customer service during the visit. Had I been there when my grandmother paid, I absolutely would have questioned the pricing, especially after looking up the pricing on their website. Given the lack of transparency and the unusually high charges, it genuinely felt like she was taken advantage of.

I can understand a slight shade difference, but I chose a soft peach coral and got a bright tangerine orange. If the supplier changed the color, then the salon should have updated the color wheel. I get both plain and gel nails, and they have a nice large selection of colors. The waxing person were on there phone the entire time I was in the waxing room. I left without a thorough eyebrow wax. There were hairs left. I am a retired beauty expert. I notice things not done correctly. I will go back to Ana for my nails, but not eyebrow waxing, unless they can provide a thorough wax treatment.
