This place is great!! Clean, friendly and on a very cold day we sat by the fire and enjoyed a delicious Turkey Club for an early lunch. The servers are very friendly and welcomed us warmly as 1st. time visitors. This is a very special place, and Ivyland has many charming period homes. What a great place !!!! Awesome sammiches great staff. If your up to it try at the jigsaw puzzle. They just introduced a new sandwich prosciutto with FRESH mozzarella and genoa salami with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. OMG !!! I wish I lived closer. I Love the hoagies here. My favorite is a tie between the Roast Beef Hoagie or the Cheese Steak Hoagie. You can pick up or they also have limited delivery hours. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They also have the Lottery. Plenty of street parking. read more

Passed this kind of neat looking old style building from the 1800's a few times and decided to stop in. I like the two old style doors with the old screen door as it reminds me of the past and the neighborhood deli's in Philly. The first day I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie with a small potato salad which was already pre packaged, I assumed they made it there because some was in the display case but they pointed to the refrigerated case and said take it from there. Both were decent so I noticed they used Boars Head Meats. So I returned the next day for an Italian Hoagie with oil. It was very disappointing as the hoagie was mostly shredded lettuce with a couple of drops of oil on the roll, no peppers offered, no seasonings and really scrimped on the meat. This would never make in the Philly neighborhoods and was really disappointing. Like I say neat old building but better hOagies elsewhere. Unfortunately will not be back. read more

Am shocked that I'm the first to review. This is a gem in the middle of old Ivyland and a favorite for lunch among my co-workers. The store is operated by neighbors and has quite a lot to offer at very reasonable prices, especially considering the portion sizes. Hot and cold sandwiches - all huge and overflowing with their fillings. Thumbs up for the Italian hoagie and chicken salad club. They have a large assortment of chips and beverages - I always like to try one of the unique beverages they carry. While you wait for your food to be prepared, you can either work on the latest jigsaw puzzle set up across from the counter or you can leaf through a huge New York Times anthology. This book is seriously yellowed newspaper dating back to 1941, if not earlier: a reason in itself to visit the country store. Always plenty of parking out front in one of Warminster's oldest and most adorable neighborhoods. read more

I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. We never would have found it if there wasn't a sign out on Jacksonville Road. The people that work here are SO nice and friendly, and the sandwiches are fantastic (especially the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, I don't know what's in those things, but they are amazing). Normally if I'm getting take out, I will call ahead and just pick up, but this is the only place I will physically go in to place my order and wait. I love to look around and all of the cool vintage stuff. Especially the old newspaper book. My only (selfish) complaint is that they are not open on weekends ;) If you are in the area, definitely stop in! read more

The one reason I liked working in crappy Bucks County, PA. This place is a gem. After a few take out orders they will recognize your voice over the phone and make it effortless for you to order. This is a really good deli in the middle of nowhere in a really really old building. The BLT is great, basic ingredients but done well. There food is good, but its the intangibles that make it worthy of a trip, if you are out there. I happen to be on my way to Costco when the small street sign caught my attention.
