Also, the water was spa warm, hot and relaxing when getting my toes done scrub was relaxing and they have WARM lotion/oil to put not only on your feet, but all the way up to your calf, then of course the warm towel. I had called to ask to have it fixed and they had scheduled me originally just to fix the one nail. I was happy with the service, (regular) polish lasted over a week, and still looked good. My daughter's acrylics turned out just as she asked but chipped the next day. She called the salon and was squeezed in at the end of the day (perfect because she had to wait to go until after work). Not only was her nail fixed, the nail tech redid the polish on all of them because she realized the polish she had used wouldn't really last very long on the tips (glitter). I didn't want to be picky so I proceeded onward. The next day the top layer of my nails were already peeling off. Chrome/ top gel layer continues to peel off. Total waste of money. Additionally, I said I wanted pearly white color on my toe nails, similar to my fingers. The lady didn't understand, nodded her head and painted them normal white. On top of everything, there was a loud person on FaceTime basically screaming into her phone the entire time. It was not a customer, maybe a friend of an employee? The lady next to me was also complaining about how her gelx didn't last long the last time she came in... not sure why she came back.
