It's not often that I get my nails done but I'm hoping to change that! I came after work on Monday as a walk in. I was greeted and asked to sign into the iPad in the center. I was able to be been immediately. Tim started right away on my manicure. I tried dip nails for the first time and I like it! After your manicure you dip each finger and then it gets shaped. Then you pick your gel color to get painted on top. I am so indecisive. I wanted to do a milky jelly pink and ended up with #15. I really like it and have gotten compliments on it. I think it's not just the color but Tim did a great job on my manicure. I showed him and his daughter my pinterest inspo pics. They nailed it. Tim's daughter did my gel pedicure and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. It's perfect for the spring wedding I was attending. Can't wait to go back once my nails grow out! Such a great experience!

I asked for hybrid gel which requires a bit more work from the nail tech but she decided to give me builder gel polish and when I asked her why she isn't applying the hybrid gel she stated "it's more convenient for us" but guess what, the prices aren't convenient because it's still the same price. The original color I wanted, they said it's out so I picked this color which would have been cute if they weren't so bulky/bubble looking. Wasted money because I'm going to have to go get this taken off tomorrow and redone somewhere else.

If your brown do not come here. They charged us adult mani pedi gel for my 9 yr old, and of course paid for the service. I called to let them know it peeled off that same night. They said okay thats fine to come in and do they fix. I came in and they didn't believe me it was here. Fortunately i had pictures of her on the chair. The lady who "fixed " them was mad, okay, but gave her the incorrect color, and a terrible flower. I mean, you pay for a service and come back to fix the issue and treat you like some brown ghetto liar or something.

I made an appt for 12 for manicure pedicure. At 12:55 they are just finishing the pedicure.... I am expected to be here two hours in the middle of the day. People keep coming in. I had to go with getting my nails done. read more

We came here to celebrate my daughters' birthdays 4 year old and 7 year old and the team made it such a special experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to make the girls feel pampered. The salon was clean, bright, and had a relaxing atmosphere--perfect for a little birthday treat. They were so patient with my daughters (who are young and very chatty!) and helped them pick the perfect colors for both their nails and toes. They even added a little sparkle and nail art, which made them feel extra fancy for their big day. The service was top-notch--gentle, detailed, and done with care. I asked for hybrid gel which requires a bit more work from the nail tech but she decided to give me builder gel polish and when I asked her why she isn't applying the hybrid gel she stated "it's more convenient for us" but guess what, the prices aren't convenient because it's still the same price. They have children's spa chairs with an adult chair next to it. Review from my 5 year old "these chairs are my favorite color. I'm having the best time!" Everyone has been attentive and kind. I usually go here just to have my toenails polished. All of the manicurists are very good. They cut and file the nails first and put the base coat on. I bring my own polish. They put on two coats then use a quick dry top coat so I don't have to sit for 20 min. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! For one! We were trying to tip them on our card cause we didn't have cash and cause they don't wanna get taxed they got all defensive about it and held on to our card so we wouldn't tip and then they insisted we payed cash and I like I said we didn't have cash and we're so rude! Came in today with appointments. Really wanted to like the place as it started off good and they have the cutest kids chairs..but wow customer service is horrible. They don't even notice they are doing the wrong color, and I tried to correct them, they acted like they couldn't hear me.... Then tried making excuses of why it wasn't the color I had chosen.. I can instantly feel the frustration of the nail lady. Then i pay and they are saying you can only cash or Zelle for tip. Than complain it's not enough. Would never return. I have been coming to Elite Nails for years and not once have I had a bad experience. I do make appointments only because I come on Saturday's and I'm taken in when I arrive. I love their color choices available and the fact that I can show them a photo of what I'm looking to do they'll do their best to match it up. Katie, Tim and The Crew are very friendly and treat you like family. They even remember your likes as far as nail shapes and designs. They never disappoint when doing my nails. I get my eyebrows waxed here and Katie will shape them perfectly each time. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun as they have a lot of returning clients who fill the room with laughter as there's music or a movie playing in the background. I highly recommend you come and check them out for nails, pedicures and waxing! You'll get a excellent service at an amazing price. read more

I went in here for a pedicure out of inconvenience instead of where i usually go. Horrible mistake! when i told the owner not to cut the side of my big toes, she insisted on cutting it causing it to bleed! instead of apologizing, she said it happens most of the time but it would be ok soon, "its better for me." the pain wouldnt stop throbbing for days! i called in after 2 days and spoke to the owner's husband on the phone about what happens, he said they are the professional, i am not, they run their business however they like, but give it a few more days and it will heal on its own. how many days is someone supposed to suffer after a pedicure?! He told me that if i come in the next time to speak up. I've already did and his wife was not a very good listener! I am never coming back. This place haunts me! I have already sent in my complaint, doctor prescription, and pictures to the State Board for the infection this place has caused. I am sorry but Elite Nail & Spa can disregard courteous customer service if they would like since its family owned, but they cannot be causing pain and harming clients! read more

So recently I've had some terrible issues with this salon. This week I went into to get my nails done and I was appalled. My cuticles we're severely cut and the nails were very sloppy in there installation. There was left over glue on my fingers and poor customer service overall. They were unfriendly when making there appointment and didn't even give any recognition that I was there to begin with. A week later despite all these issues I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I went to get a pedicure done. I didn't receive any of the nice amenities that come with one. The pedicure consisted of a spritz of alcohol and the painting of my nails. Due to the fact that I paid significant money for these services I would assume better overall service and my nails even sub-par in quality. Due to these recent quality issues I would have a strong time recommending this salon to anyone. The prices aren't terrible but the quality shouldn't suffer because of the cheaper price tag. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now for pedicures. I kinda stumbled across this place in a pinch. I was going out of town and they opened on Friday morning earlier than my normal spot. The owner, Katie, and her husband, were so accommodating and good, I left my normal pedicure place after a 3 year relationship and have been here since. They have a variety of pedicure packages so you should have no problem finding one in your price range. I always go all out and get the pedicure with the sugar scrub, mask, hot rock massage, and paraffin wax...HEAVENLY. It feels amazing. I seriously love this place. I never get my nails done, but my daughter does and they're always cute. Don't hesitate to check this place out. You won't regret it. I do not recommend this place. poor experiences in their expertise. horrible customer services. i would give this nail salon a zero star if i could. I will make sure our experience with this place be pass around. like previous comments, they can only "attempt" to do ur nails and that is exactly what my gf had to go through. i know yelp likes to remove honest customer reviews and leave spammer to advertise their own company and such, but that is alright. i will make sure others wont suffer the terrible customer service like us. save ur money for other salons who can do their job correctly. oh! almost forgot! they reuses their nippers and such, so make sure you watch them closely before they start! this place is very unsanitary. hopefully, they will learn not to be so cheap like their prices. quality actually matters. read more

I don't know where to begin !!! I love elite nail and spa. Katie and her husband are the BEST !!! Katie has so much experience she takes her time with each client and does such an amazing job. When she brings in new staff she always asks about your experience with them and if your experience isn't good she will go out of her way to resolve the problem. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had 3 different people work on me and Katie did the polish AMAZINGLY! I found this place after going to a nail salon that gave me an infection and I'm soooooo HAPPY with elite nails! They DO NOT disappoint! Katie isn't done until she is satisfied with her job and I love that about her! Everybody that works here does an amazing job! I think I've had them all work on me once. Walk ins are welcomed and it's not to long of a wait at all. 5-10 mins max. Elite nails has the best nail service in Murrieta. They have great customer service. Katie and everyone there is very kind and professional. I like how walk-ins are always welcome but I did make my own appointment because it's always better and convenient for them. My nails have lasted me for two weeks plus which is amazing. Also they pedicures are so good because of their scented scrubs. I've been here many times and I highly recommend it to anyone whose looking for a good nail place. read more

Elite Nails is such a great place to get your nails done. I've had multiple nail technicians, but Katie and Tim usually take care of me. If you want new and trending nail designs I would schedule an appointment with Katie. Everyone is a super friendly and knows exactly what they are doing! I started going here a couple years ago and always find myself coming back. The prices are very reasonable as well! I don't know Mike had such a problem with them but oh well. I have been going to this place for a almost a year now! And I absolutely love it! Even my mom comes here and she is so hard to please, trust me I would know. Sometimes my 7 year old daughter comes along with me and they paint her nails and toes for free which is really kind of them.
