I was under the impression that all of this was free: that's exactly how she made it sound. When we were all done she told the front lady that I had 3 services done and I was about to get charged $160+. I told them what the waxer had done for me and she informed me she would remove those charges. Upon getting home I see that I got overcharged still and I got charged for a $28 eyebrow wax that I didn't even receive. Wax never touched my eyebrows , a tweezer did!! And to get a couple hairs. Ridiculous. I'm never coming here again.

I went in here for a pedicure out of inconvenience instead of where i usually go. Horrible mistake! when i told the owner not to cut the side of my big toes, she insisted on cutting it causing it to bleed! instead of apologizing, she said it happens most of the time but it would be ok soon, "its better for me." the pain wouldnt stop throbbing for days! i called in after 2 days and spoke to the owner's husband on the phone about what happens, he said they are the professional, i am not, they run their business however they like, but give it a few more days and it will heal on its own. how many days is someone supposed to suffer after a pedicure?! He told me that if i come in the next time to speak up. I've already did and his wife was not a very good listener! I am never coming back. This place haunts me! I have already sent in my complaint, doctor prescription, and pictures to the State Board for the infection this place has caused. I am sorry but Elite Nail & Spa can disregard courteous customer service if they would like since its family owned, but they cannot be causing pain and harming clients! read more

So recently I've had some terrible issues with this salon. This week I went into to get my nails done and I was appalled. My cuticles we're severely cut and the nails were very sloppy in there installation. There was left over glue on my fingers and poor customer service overall. They were unfriendly when making there appointment and didn't even give any recognition that I was there to begin with. A week later despite all these issues I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I went to get a pedicure done. I didn't receive any of the nice amenities that come with one. The pedicure consisted of a spritz of alcohol and the painting of my nails. Due to the fact that I paid significant money for these services I would assume better overall service and my nails even sub-par in quality. Due to these recent quality issues I would have a strong time recommending this salon to anyone. The prices aren't terrible but the quality shouldn't suffer because of the cheaper price tag. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now for pedicures. I kinda stumbled across this place in a pinch. I was going out of town and they opened on Friday morning earlier than my normal spot. The owner, Katie, and her husband, were so accommodating and good, I left my normal pedicure place after a 3 year relationship and have been here since. They have a variety of pedicure packages so you should have no problem finding one in your price range. I always go all out and get the pedicure with the sugar scrub, mask, hot rock massage, and paraffin wax...HEAVENLY. It feels amazing. I seriously love this place. I never get my nails done, but my daughter does and they're always cute. Don't hesitate to check this place out. You won't regret it. You may want to call ahead for an appointment because it can get busy; it's a popular place. read more

I do not recommend this place. poor experiences in their expertise. horrible customer services. i would give this nail salon a zero star if i could. I will make sure our experience with this place be pass around. like previous comments, they can only "attempt" to do ur nails and that is exactly what my gf had to go through. i know yelp likes to remove honest customer reviews and leave spammer to advertise their own company and such, but that is alright. i will make sure others wont suffer the terrible customer service like us. save ur money for other salons who can do their job correctly. oh! almost forgot! they reuses their nippers and such, so make sure you watch them closely before they start! this place is very unsanitary. hopefully, they will learn not to be so cheap like their prices. quality actually matters. read more

I don't know where to begin !!! I love elite nail and spa. Katie and her husband are the BEST !!! Katie has so much experience she takes her time with each client and does such an amazing job. When she brings in new staff she always asks about your experience with them and if your experience isn't good she will go out of her way to resolve the problem. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had 3 different people work on me and Katie did the polish AMAZINGLY! I found this place after going to a nail salon that gave me an infection and I'm soooooo HAPPY with elite nails! They DO NOT disappoint! Katie isn't done until she is satisfied with her job and I love that about her! Everybody that works here does an amazing job! I think I've had them all work on me once. Walk ins are welcomed and it's not to long of a wait at all. 5-10 mins max. Elite nails has the best nail service in Murrieta. They have great customer service. Katie and everyone there is very kind and professional. I like how walk-ins are always welcome but I did make my own appointment because it's always better and convenient for them. My nails have lasted me for two weeks plus which is amazing. Elite Nails is such a great place to get your nails done. I've had multiple nail technicians, but Katie and Tim usually take care of me. If you want new and trending nail designs I would schedule an appointment with Katie. Everyone is a super friendly and knows exactly what they are doing! I started going here a couple years ago and always find myself coming back. The prices are very reasonable as well! I don't know Mike had such a problem with them but oh well. I have been going to this place for a almost a year now! And I absolutely love it! Even my mom comes here and she is so hard to please, trust me I would know. Sometimes my 7 year old daughter comes along with me and they paint her nails and toes for free which is really kind of them. That was the last time I stepped foot in there. I can't believe this is how someone would treat a customer who has been loyal for years. Despite the salon being completely empty, the service was a disaster from start to finish. Two techs worked on me simultaneously, yet both failed completely: Pedicure: The tech filed my toenails completely unevenly. The French tips were crooked, the massage was nonexistent, and they spent the whole time distracted, cleaning up around them without even setting a timer. Manicure: The tech appeared hungover or intoxicated--sweating, sniffling, and smelling strongly of alcohol. They rushed through filing, leaving every nail a different shape and size. When the French tips turned out sloppy, they actually blamed the shape of my fingers. After watching them get visibly frustrated while rushing through the paint job, I gave up trying to correct him. I paid $130, left in tears, and immediately had to go to another salon to have everything completely redone. Do not waste your time or money here.
