Iwona is truly amazing at what she does. My wife and I are so happy with both of our dresses and genuinely really enjoyed working with Iwona. My wife and I were in a pinch to get our wedding dresses altered (due to taking a while finding the best dress) before our elopement in August. I reached out to several alterations places end of and they didn't have availability and were booking for fall weddings, it wasn't looking great. I was then referred to Iwona, and she was so reassuring and was very open to not only taking on my dress to be completed by Aug 1, but also my wife's dress. I bought a sequin jumpsuit from Amazon for a disco theme party that took a while to arrive, and I needed it taken in, in a bit of a hurry. I'm so grateful for Iwona! We met in the morning to have her take a look & assess what was needed. I tried it on, she pinned where it needed to be altered, and I was on my way. I also brought in an older pashmina scarf that suffered a few moth holes. To my delight, Iwona fixed both pieces that same day and I was able to pick them up after work! I had the best experience with Iwona's. I needed a simple dress strap repair done, and Iwona was quick to respond via email and work with me to find a time that worked with both of our schedules. She was able to finish the repair in a short amount of time and I couldn't even tell that the strap had ever been broken. Iwona was so warm and friendly and I left with a smile on my face. Iwona did an amazing job at altering a dress I got off the clearance rack so that it would fit me and be in a place where I felt comfortable wearing it. I wanted extra security on a strapless dress. She worked diligently with me to figure out a solution and gave me her honest expert opinion while brainstorming ideas to make it perfect for me.
