For sure overpriced but sometimes you can get a bargain at the sale rack. Like many reviewers…read morealready said, the prices for some of these things are a little cray- no name brands for 250 made from a polyester blend? Peaaceee! Though if you're into Nanette, Milly, or Tibi you'll most likely enjoy Mint Julep- they really do have some great dresses if you're willing to put out the $$. I'm giving it an extra star due to the atmosphere- while small, I think the store is adorable. Honestly, this is the store that got me more into boutique shopping- which is something I never really did before. The place is organized well and somehow they manage to fit everything comfortably in their rather small space. It's definitely cute and I like the vibe shopping here. The baskets on the floor are cool too- you can find some pretty nice tops in there for a more reasonable price tag if you look. I came across a really nice three dot top that's definitely making its round of appearances since I bought it here. Also, they sell Spanx and premium denim!

Went into the store because it looked cute from the outside. the sales lady behind the desk asked…read moreif I was looking for anything in particular. I said I was browsing. Then she immediately told me I had to leave my tote bag by the side of the desk (out in the open.) I didn't want to do that because A I had just bought a new jacket across the street, which was in the tote bag. And B there's no way I am leaving my tote bag out in the open like that for someone to steal it the minute the sales person leaves the desk. Also treating your customers, the minute they walk in the door, like a criminal simply because they are holding a tote bag, which hello most people do today instead of using in store paper bags is not good customer service to say the least. And then telling them to just leave the tote bag sitting in the open unsecured is crazy. Would they pay for my new coat if someone stole it? I get that shoplifting is a problem but treating a potential customer with this broad brush approach isn't the solution. I've gone to many shops and stores and never encountered this policy. I may have bought something in there but I was so turned off by this rude and condescending approach that I just left. MUJI across the street never once asked me to leave my tote bag because they were afraid I might steal something. They were all super friendly and nice and even let me bring my tote bag in the dressing room after counting the number of items I was bringing in.

Prices were very reasonable- I snagged a leather Patricia Nash bag for $20! They had good variety of sweaters, pants, skirts, accessories, and dressier items, all women's though. Located in Harvard Sq., they seem to be a pretty busy spot. Parking wasn't hard to find in this area on a Sunday. Upon entering, we were greeting by one of the workers. There was a clearance rack that they placed outside next to the entrance. Once you walk down the stairs, to your right is where most of the clothes are. Solid selection of denim & leather jackets, a little pricey compared to Goodwill/Savers but makes sense because they are more of a "vintage" clothing store. To the left of the stairs is where they have denim jeans & where you go to check out once you're finish with browsing. All sales are final like most thrift/vintage second hand shops. I found this denim jack with a brown leather collar today for $60. Thick & good quality. Lots of Wilsons leather jackets here. They also have a room with bins of clothes, for a low price, you can look through. I didn't have much luck with the bins, but seems like a lot of people did! Highly recommend.

Downstairs has more footwear, other clothing, and some cool vintage pieces. There's a fitting room for you to try on your fines before purchasing. The luxury and super high end brands are behind the counter. I ended up buying Shacket and a cute keychain/purse, pal. I had enough money on my credit to cover everything, but merchandise credit can't be applied to tax, which was a bummer. So I have a dollar left on it! Lol. Street parking is available, and it's located in a cool college town with plenty of other restaurants and small shops. If I were in the area again, I'd stop by here.

This location is quite large, with two floors of clothes + goodies. Prices are fair. I found that this Buffalo Exchange has more fast fashion pieces compared to the Brookline store, so I would say that I had more luck at their other location. I didn't find much that caught my eye but will definitely visit more in the future. Hopefully next time I will have more luck haha. Parking can be found on Elm St; Meter parking spots!
