I could feel the cushion, texture, color, and quality. Finally we chose the closest natural grass look and color called Pacifico 80 for $3.09 Sq ft. When we asked the sales person to deliver asap, she said tomorrow morning right away. We paid the delivery fee $60. Today we got the beautiful turf and put in the middle of our front yard with the river pebbles on each side. Looks great! All the neighbors said, beautiful and looks real grass. Despite Yelp's "10-minute response" claim, I received no reply to my initial quote request. ​When I called the following day, the experience did not improve. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and lacked basic industry knowledge, specifically struggling to differentiate between a California room and a sunroom. Despite asking for extensive details about the project, they declined to meet during our inspection window and failed to follow up afterward as promised. ​If a company isn't interested in a project, I'd prefer transparency over unfulfilled promises to follow up. We have since taken our business elsewhere.
