I rarely write reviews, but this one deserves attention. I had an appointment scheduled with this landscaping company,they didn't show up at the agreed time. I called and texted with no response until 30 minutes after the appointment, when they finally replied saying they'd be an hour late. I decided to be patient and waited, but after an hour, I called again and was told they were just "10 minutes away." Forty-five minutes later still no show. I texted them to not come anymore, but they showed up anyway and tried to haggle with me at my doorstep. Punctuality and honesty matter in any service business, and unfortunately, this experience showed neither. I value people's time and I expect the same in return. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that respects your schedule and communicates professionally. read more
