Turned out my prediction was correct since five towing companies told me they were busy or couldn't make it to where I was. Not only did chris call me back two times but four times. J-A Towing is simply THE BEST! The owner was awesome and so nice and able to get me out of a really tight parking spot near Zilker Park. I was freaked out and he got to me quicker than I expected and was very kind. I initially called another towing company but they said they couldn't make the job happen and recommended him. Chris was very professional and kind. I called in to ask if they could tow my car since my car was stuck in the ditch and my car was having trouble to move. I knew it was stuck and decided to call a towing service. I called four towing companies and they all gave me an estimated arrival time of roughly thirty to fourty-five minutes.
