I called a few places prior to trying Luminous and they charge you for a cut and a blow out is additional! I'm sorry but I think it's ridiculous to charge for a blow out after someone is already paying for a service. But anyway!!! Not the case at luminous, my cut and blow was included with my cut and I found that business practice to be extremely fair!
