Wow! Today was my first time at La posh and what an amazing experience! Crystal nailed the color and cut I wanted which was very different to what I had going in, which I found awesome since it was my first time there. I have gone to other places and asked them for the same thing and they didn't come close, but Crystal did an amazing job. I can't wait to go back. The entire staff is great to work with . I have been a customer of La Posh for 10 plus years, and it just keeps getting better and better! Everyone is happy, genuine and awesome at their job! Crystal( the owner) introduced me to Stephanie for my blowouts and my hair is difficult. Well I'm addicted... I get weekly blowouts and they last me all week till I go in for my following blowout. Try Stephanie, she's gives the best blowouts and is sweet and always thoughtful! read more

I have been going to La Posh for more than 10 years. Love everything about this place from the ambience to the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Most recently, Stephanie worked with me on roots, highlights, trim and blow out. She was professional, and my hair turned out even better than expected. La Posh salon has always been my favorite local salon in Oyster Bay! Always receive such a warm welcome and personal service! They always fit me in last minute and I love that they are open on Mondays! I have been seeing Crystal the owner for 20 years. what a sweetheart and amazing stylist! She has transformed this salon into such a beautiful space. I saw Stephanie today, she did an amazing job on my color, quick and easy, I love the results! Crystal turned my dark brown hair to fully highlighted blonde in one appointment. She accomplished the impossible and after 4 salons, I am SO happy I found her! I have never seen any stylist give so much individual attention. She was focused on my hair like it was an art project. It shows. I've been coming to Crystal my whole life for my hair. I've done ombré, cut it short, got bangs, layers, dyed it purple, and the usual trim/blowout every couple of months. Crystal is the best! I went in with a messed up (self inflicted) haircut, and she corrected everything and then some. From my cut to color, I left feeling amazing. I gave eyelash extensions a try while I was there as well and I have never felt so glamorous. Thank you Crystal and I will be back for more! read more

I don't know why this salon had no reviews. They are amazing. Alex is the best hairdresser I've ever had. I have been spoiled by her and it will be hard to replace her at a new location. She first did my hair for my wedding and after that we were inseparable. When she cuts your hair even when it grows out in 2 months it still looks gorgeous like you just had a fresh cut. read more

See Tara, a woman of many talents, does excellent color and cuts for me, has a world of patience for my 5 year old and even the husband totally approves of her buzzer skills. Best thing is this salon makes sensical appointment slots so I'm never ever waiting more then 5 minutes. Always a happy client! read more

Really surprised by review about getting a bad blow out here!! Ive been coming to Crystal for about 7 months now. My stylist had moved and I didn't love the salon I was going to. My friend Kathy has beautiful hair so I asked about her stylist. She sent me to Crystal. My hair is very curly- Crystal gives me the smoothest- bouncy-est blow-outs with no frizz at all without using an iron!!! They usually last about 4-5 days on me which is a miracle considering my hair-type. I've been super-happy with her color and cuts too. read more

I had my hair blown out today by crystal. Horrible job. Today was my birthday and I had asked for a curly blow out. left the salon with a head of flat hair and wavy hair. Not only did my so called curls drop within an hour, my hair was styled horribly. The waves she made in my hair made my hair look flatter than It actually was. I've gotten many curly blow outs from other salons that have been a success, but this was a pure disaster. It looked uneven, frizzy, and nothing worth the money. When I got home, my sister could not believe I had gotten my hair blown out (that's how bad it looked). Will not be retuning to crystal for anything else. read more
