After cutting my daughter's hair, I was informed I have to pay $40.00 for it, because my daughter had "a lot of hair." (????) The wash, cut & dry took no more than 30 minutes and there was no one waiting for their hair to be done, so I was confused. I paid the $40 since I'm not sure if the shady salon owner/manager would penalize the person who cut the hair for the extra $10 if I only paid $30. It was just a trim, no fancy hair style, color, etc. The cut was okay, but the experience left a bad taste. I would NOT recommend them to anyone or go back there again.

Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short.
