I contacted Michael about the issues that I was having with my BMW X5 and he told me that he could take care of it and quoted me an extremely fair price vs. what I had been told by another repair shop. I had my car towed to Precision first thing on a Friday morning for repairs and very shortly after it arrived at Precision, I received a message from Michael confirming what the issue was. Michael noted that it might be completed Monday for me. I was in a bit of a bind because I needed the car Monday to get to work. Michael told me he'd see what he could do about the timeline. They quickly got to work on my car and I got a message later that afternoon at about 3pm that my car was done. Getting it back early was a huge help and kept me from having to line up other transportation through the weekend and Monday for work. I'm so thankful for Micheal ! My Audi Q5 had multiple leaks and I needed my car asap for work and he was able to get me to work the next day. He was so helpful and most importantly honest! I'm hesitant to write this stellar review because I (selfishly) want to keep this place a secret because it's THAT good! The catalytic converter was stolen off of my sons Prius. It's happening everywhere! And because of that, there's a huge shortage of this part and the shield to install over it to prevent it from happening again. Long story short, Yogi (our amazing mechanic) helped us find one from Toyota (it was part excellent service & part luck) and we were able to install it. They had the car done in 3 days! We dropped off the kids, hit the 15 and the wide and I were headed to Vegas! We got to Victorvilled and the check engine light came on. We decided to turn around and get it checked out. Code read P0029, so we started calling around. Precision Import, specifically Michael and Yogi were heaven sent. Diagnosis was same day with the resolution, pricing and garuntees. During that time I disclosed that my Honda had been at a shop in Ontario for over a month now and the mechanic just had told me he was throwing his hands up and he couldn't figure out the issue. Yogi jumped in real quick asking specific questions. He asked for us to bring it in so he could diagnose it and was confident he could resolve the issue. The next day I had it towed to them. 24 hours later I had diagnosis, parts needed and price of all the work needed to be done. They accomplished in a few days what someone else couldn't in over a month! If you have issues no matter your car give them a call! They are our for sure go to. My wife's car was completed in 2 days that also included recommended maintenence. My car took a week. Happy with the work, happy with the value in what was spent. I brought my 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque here a few month ago. The service was just as great as the other reviews suggest. I was having some air leak issues and they were able to order a new intake tube and install it no problem. I also had the throttle body cleaned and transmission flushed. By the time I got my Evoque back is was running amazing! Shifted better, gas mileage improved significantly, and way more pick up and go! They shared everything with me. All the codes and repairs done step by step. Even put up with my million questions haha. All and all I can't say enough good things about my experience. Today, a few months after my service.
