I refused to pick up the car three times because not finish the job. Untill now still not happy This accident only damaged the front bumper, Driver side fender, head light and front door skin. But they opened the interior of my rear trunk without authorization. They damaged everything in the rear trunk. I asked them why they moved the rear trunk stuff and what they did it. They replied that they didn't know who did it. When asked why many things have not been repaired, the answer is that we are a paint shop, which means that other than painting, we do not repair anything else. The entire car's paint was damaged and all surfaces, including the glass, were rough to the touch. It was obvious that the areas not to be painted were not covered, and the working environment was very harsh. The work was very unprofessional. They only worked on the front bumper, driver side fender and front door skin, instead of processing the entire driver side. Therefore, the color difference between the front and rear doors was serious. There is a loud noise when opening the door now. They know that it has not been repaired, but they want us to contact the insurance company. Isn't it the repair cost that they negotiated with the insurance company? The speaker is not fully reset。 During the restoration the hood was damaged, creating a dent. In the end, have to spend money to go to other body shops to treat the entire surface.

Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! Their shop is so clean and they have a loft with drinks, couches, tv, and PlayStation for you while you wait! Your car is in great hands at Lux Garage and you won't be disappointed!
