Joe, the owner, took my call. He was very nice. When I explained that we just moved to Albuquerque and really don't have a lot of money to spend, he agreed to come by the next day and have a look since he had to be in the area anyway. Long story short, he came by and found it to be a simple issue to resolve. Didn't charge me anything. But hay, that's not all! When we told him about some issues with the furnace, he also had a look at it and did a quick diagnosis of that issue, again, free of charge! very nice guy. Very honest. And also, he quoted me his usual charges, and they are very affordable!! Just overall, knowledgeable, honest, and very nice. And went above and beyond for us!

Three days later I notified the service advisor that I needed to return home and I would pick up my rv the next afternoon. No work had been done. The service manager said they had 150 emergency repairs to complete before working on my unit. Make an advanced appointment and get put on the bottom of the list.

We got towed to Good Sense and the mechanic had us up and running in a couple of hours. We made it home safely.
